Pros:

A very beautiful hotel with an even more stunning view from the balcony! The views of Lake Garda are absolutely mesmerizing. The room was spacious, lovely and had a big balcony. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel offers a shuttle bus that goes straight to the lake. We choose to walk every time, and it only took about 10 min to reach the shore. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft alles andere als sauber. Überall war Staub, das Bad wirkte ungepflegt und insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen sehr dreckigen und unhygienischen Eindruck. So etwas erwartet man in einem Hotel definitiv nicht.

Auch das Restaurant konnte uns überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Es war extrem laut und hektisch – eher wie in einer Bahnhofshalle als in einem gemütlichen Hotelrestaurant. Von einer entspannten Atmosphäre konnte keine Rede sein, sodass wir unser Essen kaum genießen konnten.

Insgesamt stimmen Preis und Leistung hier überhaupt nicht überein. Sauberkeit und Ambiente sollten dringend verbessert werden. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen und können es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
