A fabulous stay at a lovely hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They were happy to assist with booking local excursions and the bar and breakfast room staff were fantastic too. The pool is very clean and the area surrounding the pool is lovely with plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable and practical. We also loved that we could hire scooters from outside the hotel!

I don't know where to start, but the first impression I got: Beautiful/Excellent. It was the best ever accomodation in our journey. (!Price/Value related! - and here I'm noting: it is not took off from the ground.) This first impression feeling remained through the stay. They know how to keep it. The hotel's surrounding is beautiful. An underground safe parking garage is available, from where you can enter in dirrectly to the hotel with an elevator. Cleanliness everywhere! 10minutes walking distance from the shuttle-bus stop toward the city center. Reception desk service was always kind and helpful. I felt here what does 'hospitality' means. Guest was in the center. (However in general the Italian hotels are not famous for this service.) Breakfast: I think 'rich' is the right word which describes the best we've got. It was way over any expectations. Everything was fresh, sort of variety was on top too. We never-ever have better in Italy. So, all-in-all thanks for everything we've got here. I truly recommend this hotel for eveyone! I'm sure if I'm returning to Sirmione I'll chose this hotel again wihout looking others.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment for our family of five almost a year in advance as a special birthday trip for my husband. We were advised that the apartment was in a separate building, which I assumed meant it was located beside the hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case, the apartment was actually two blocks away in a residential building.

Had we known this in advance, we would definitely have chosen different accommodation. Being two blocks away was inconvenient, particularly when wanting to use the hotel’s facilities such as the pool and breakfast. The communal hallway in the apartment block also smelled strongly of food, which was understandable given that it was a residential building, but not what we expected when booking a hotel apartment.

Unfortunately, our experience was also affected by the manager, who I found extremely unhelpful. When I raised my concerns, I felt that I was spoken over and that the responsibility was simply placed on Booking.com for not providing enough information. I appreciate that Booking.com may have a role in how the accommodation is described, but ultimately, clearer information from the property would have allowed us to make an informed choice.

That said, the apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is lovely, and the other staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Despite our disappointment with the accommodation arrangements, Lake Garda certainly did not disappoint. Sirmione is absolutely amazing, and we would definitely return to the area. We just hope that next time the accommodation description is clearer so guests know exactly what they are booking.

Kolejne wspaniałe miejsce, które z całego serca polecam! Śniadanie – każdy bez problemu znajdzie coś dla siebie, a wszystko było świeże i pyszne. Obsługa hotelu zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę, ponieważ pracownicy byli niezwykle mili, uśmiechnięci i pomocni w każdej sytuacji. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, zaledwie kilka kroków od brzegu jeziora. Jednak prawdziwą wisienką na torcie okazał się basen na dachu – niesamowite miejsce na relaks z pięknym widokiem.
