Superb stay at a beautiful location
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar (aber enorme Parkkosten) & das Frühstück war super, toller Pool

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt leider zu Wünschen übrig, nach der Reinigung wird noch mit 10l Raumduft gesprüht - leider für mich als Allergiker ein NoGo. Auch nach Hinweis an der Rezeption wurden die Barthaare des Vorgängers im Bad nicht entfernt..
Zum Innenhof liegender Balkon mit Lärm und Warenanlieferung ab 6 Uhr.

Fantastic location, very clean. A balcony is definitely recommended as we could sit out and enjoy the evening sunset. Right beside the thermal spa.. fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

No glasses allowed in the room, would only give plastic pint glasses for drinks.

Knusse kamer met een mooie badkamer.
Het ontbijt was divers en lekker!

Pros:

Venue was amazing, staff very friendly and I left behind an item that they found and communicated well about. The breakfast is incredible and all inclusive in the price. Driving there was really fun (if you like that kind of thing) and then parking is right outside but advise you speak to the hotel first to check it's not a pedestrian only day or the timings of the ZTL work because we were just lucky

Wir kamen an, Check in unfreundlich, unser Zimmer war die totale Katastrophe, eine grauslich nach Zigaretten stinkende Bude😝
Nach Urgenz bei der Rezeption bekamen wir zur Antwort das es quasi Pech ist und wir uns damit abfinden müssen, da es kein anderes Zimmer gibt.
Komplett unhygienische Teppichböden überall.
Frühstück auch total schlecht, nicht mal die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte, kostete der Kellnerin nur einen Lacher😬
