Das Personal war sehr freundlich, fast alle Mitarbeiter konnten Deutsch, was sehr hilfreich war.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wunderbar, herrlicher Schinken, guter Kaffee, wunderbare Mehlspeisen.
Wenig Leute im Bad-Bereich, schöne Anlage.

Personale molto cortese e professionale.
Area Spa composta da piscine con acqua termale, sauna, percorso Kneipp e doccia emozionale, il tutto accompagnato da area ristoro.
Colazione molto abbondante e varia.

Cons:

Bagni forse un po' troppo compatti.
Ho beccato il materasso sbagliato.

Ho apprezzato la pulizia della camera e l'area piscina termale, molto accogliente e funzionale grazie anche alla presenza dell' area bar. Poi, ho apprezzato l' accoglienza del personale, sempre disponibile al salute, anche il personale addetto alle pulizie

La pulizia della camera ha compensato in parte il fatto che le finiture della camera fossero un po' datate. La camera che ci è stata assegnata era un po' piccoletta. Poi, devo fare un appunto al box doccia: poco spazioso, il braccio doccia non utilizzabile al meglio e il dosatore del sapone liquido posto troppo in alto e neanche in posizione ottimale, a parte l'altezza

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Parkplatz am Haus, sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Empfang, sehr gute Lage, sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer, toller Poolbereich, wunderbares großzügiges Zimmer

Cons:

Schade, dass beim Frühstück Gäste im Bademantel sitzen, das macht keinen guten Eindruck

Pros:

Old hotel but well maintained. The outdoor heated pool has plenty of massage jets and is equipped with water gymnastics machines. This was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is rich. The parking is a bit tight, we were lucky to find a free space.

Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte amabil. Deși, sunt clientul acestui hotel din 2019, anul acesta a fost pentru prima oară,când am făcut îmachetări cu argilă și masaj de relaxare, iar Laurette și Fabio au fost deosebiți, un motiv în plus să revin. Camerele sunt foarte curate, iar micul dejun este fabulos. (este imposibil să nu-ți placă ceva la acest mic dejun care depășește multe hoteluri de 4 Stele.)
