Posizione camere e struttura nuova, arredate con gusto

Cons:

Pulizia nelle camere, davvero piene di polvere , addirittura abbiamo trovato uno zaino del cliente precedente con dei fazzoletti sporchi dentro.

Cons:

Hotel ma 4 gwiazdki ale nic szczególnego go nie wyróżnia. Nie ma basenu, sauny I tego typu udogodnień. Ale nawet jak chciałem pożyczyć igłę I nitkę żeby przyszyć guzik, to również hotel takich rzeczy nie ma. Czy to powinno sytuować hotel jako 4 gwiazdkowy?

Parte dello staff è molto disponibile e pronto a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente, la camera era pulita ed è stata prontamente sostituita la biancheria per esigenze personali

Cons:

Ci hanno fatto pagare due volte la tassa di soggiorno perchè non riuscivano a recuperare la transazione del giorno precedente non fidandosi di ciò che è stato invece detto, ancora aspettiamo rimborso

Decent hotel at reasonable price with very good breakfast but AC needs to be tricked.
Pros:

My room was spacious, clean, with decent shower; breakfast was great with many options and a wide choice of teas, water, fresh fruit, so surprisingly good for a hotel in the south. For my requirements, perfect location.

Cons:

The AC could not be switched off and the max temperature was set to 22 degrees (too cold for current temperatures). Solution was to open the window which stops the AC, but it should not be necessary to use such a workaround. The fridge in the room could only store 4 500ml water bottles, but not any larger items. Strange.

Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, and everything I needed was available and easy to use. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Rome.
