Hôtel familial bien situé

Le personnel est vraiment petit soin c'est très familial ils sont vraiment gentils.. c'est vraiment bien situé.. chambre propre

Si je dois vraiment dire quelque chose c'est sûr que c'est pas l'hôtel de luxe mais franchement niveau rapport qualité-prix et en plus de ça d'une gentillesse.. le déjeuner bien servi les chambres propres

Great spot to stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed the location of the apartment which was in the main town centre. Flexible bedding options for our family of 5. Having paid parking option available was very helpful for us. Airconditioning was fantastic - wouldn’t go without that in summer in Sanremo!

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, durchgelegenes Schlafsofa, defekte Geschirrspülmaschine.
Zimmer war extrem warm und die Ventilatoren schafften keinerlei Abhilfe.
Zimmer hat nichts mit den Fotos gemein. Total veraltetes Mobiliar.
Bei dem Preis darf man mehr erwarten.

Noite ruim em Sanremo

Do rapaz italiano que conversou conosco no café da manhã. O aparelho de ar-condicionado funcionou bem.

Cons:

Fomos mal recebidos por um senhor de idade. Ele nos tratou como se não fôssemos bem vindos no local. Por mais de uma vez, ele quis que eu e meus filhos percebêssemos que nós éramos um incômodo para ele. O quarto em que ficamos era encostado na recepção e o barulho era perceptível dentro do quarto. É um quarto simples e sem muito espaço. No dia seguinte de manhã, a mulher que arruma os quartos passava bufando e pisando duro ao nosso lado, notadamente querendo que notássemos o seu incômodo conosco. Sinceramente não entendi a razão pela qual fomos mal tratados. O único gentil foi o rapaz do café da manhã, que parece ser um dos donos do hotel. O café da manhã é simples.

L'emplacement est idéal, le personnel très sympathique et l'appartement est très propre accueillant et moderne.

Cons:

Il manque de quoi faire une salade ou un apéro vu que c'est un appart hotel. Mettre des verres et couverts à disposition serait parfait

It offers less than you pay
Cons:

The hotel is far away from train station. It is on the hill which is difficult to climb with the luggages. I had already paid city tax on booking.com, they charged me for the second time. The breakfast is weak.
