The staff were nice
The rooms and especially the bathroom could be cleaner.
Awesome spot, amazing view, and the staff is super nice and helpful with everything. I'm definitely going back.
If you contact the property you have included in price shuttle from and to the Marina Grande which is awesome compared to the local overcrowded buses, you have acces to pool, you have breakfast, at this price it is unbeatable and my 2 cents Anacapri is far more beautiful than Capri, Capri is like an open air mall with big name brands, besides that, it’s meh, Annacapri on the other hand, in the evening you see locals, local shops and businesses, the real island atmosphere is here.

We were supposed to be 2 guests, but another person joined us shortly before the trip. We tried contacting the hotel several times to update the reservation, but received no response. Only when we arrived in Sorrento did the hotel we were staying at contact this hotel on our behalf, and they finally decided to respond.
The room was dirty. The shower drain was completely clogged when we arrived, the entire sink area was covered in rust, and the mosquito screen on the window was torn.
The pool smelled terrible.
They also charged €8 per day for a sun lounger, which I found unreasonable.
The hotel is very far from Capri itself, and the buses are extremely crowded, making it very difficult to get around.
The shuttles to the port are only available upon arrival and departure, and they stop running at 5 PM. So when we were leaving, we could no longer use the shuttle service.
The breakfast was quite poor, and the toaster didn’t work. When we told one of the staff members that it wasn’t working, he simply insisted that it was and did nothing to help.
The showers by the pool are outdoor, smell terrible, and are extremely uncomfortable.
The staff were also not friendly at all.
Also the wifi was terrible
Overall, this was an absolutely terrible hotel experience. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

The view was incredible. The hotel facilities were very good, pool was lovely. Staff very friendly. Free shuttle service from ferry terminal to hotel. Breakfast was very good. Room had good air conditioning and comfortable bed. Dinner at the restaurant was really good.

The staff and direction was all very sweet and helpful! My room was fantastic with great AC, overlooking the interior park. It was absolutely spotless!
Breakfast selection was good, though some of the products seemed to be not that good quality. No "proper" coffee (at the table), but instead a large tank, that contained a not so good coffee. Bacon is NOT crispy - like it is for some reason is in almost all of campania.

È il nostro punto di riferimento di Capri. Posizione strategica, veduta dell'intero Golfo di Napoli e di Sorrento. Il ristorante situato a bordo piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta oltre alla gentilezza dello staff ed in particolare Salvatore (autista della navetta). Non vediamo l'ora che arrivi il 2027 per soggiornarvi nuovamente. Well Done!
La sostituzione delle porte d'ingresso delle stanze al 1°piano (lato piscina) non sono insonorizzate.

Ho particolarmente apprezzato l'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, resa speciale dalla gentilezza di tutto lo staff e in particolare di Attilia, sempre disponibilissima. La struttura è pulitissima, lussuosa e dotata di un grande giardino panoramico. Ho adorato le camere, moderne e con terrazze meravigliose, provviste di materassi e tre cuscini comodissimi. Fantastica l'enorme sala colazioni panoramica, con un'offerta eccellente tra dolce (pancake e crêpes buonissimi) e salato. Un vero plus la piscina pulita e gratuita.
