Foi tudo ótimo
O segundo melhor hotel da viagem, ótima localização, fácil de chegar ao centro de Ana Capri a pé e o ônibus passa bem em frente para quem quiser economizar e não pegar um táxi. O hotel tem translado até o Porto, que fez diferença. O quarto é ótimo, o café da manhã também com uma vista incrível
Não gostei muito do restaurante do hotel, achamos a comida ruim e caro

Great view and location
The location is perfect, less than a 5 min walk to the main area (except be careful with minimal sidewalk space). The place itself was beautiful, with a beautiful pool and working elevators. The breakfast was impeccable! Beautiful views.
The 1st room they gave me reeked of mold and mildew, which I am highly sensitive to. Since I was only staying a few nights, I initially tried to deal with it. I tried to blast the AC to help, but it only blew warm air. When I tried to shower in the morning, the moisture and heat combined with the tiny room made the mold unbearable and my skin started to break out in a rash. I immediately went downstairs to tell them I tried but couldn’t deal with the room, especially now that it was physically affecting me. The ladies who helped me were kind, but there was a gentleman who worked there when I told him what happened, told me that I just didn’t “know how to use the AC right” after I told him I tried to deal with it with the AC but it didn’t help. Regardless of the AC, the room still reeked of mold/mildew and was getting me sick, so I didn’t appreciate the attitude or being blamed. The ladies placed me in a new room and with kindness, which I did appreciate. However, the next room had an ant problem. They were all over to the point I had to keep the garbage can on the balcony. And I woke up with bug bites all over my legs. I ended up getting very sick after staying here a couple more nights, which ruined my trip to Positano after. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the rooms are a hit or miss, I guess.

L'hotel est bien positionné à Anacapri et dispose d'une vue splendide sur la baie. Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable, le déjeuner était sympa.
L'établissement et les infrastructures sont très vieillottes. L'ascenseur très vétuste donne l'impression de pouvoir tomber en panne à tout moment... L'accueil lors de l'arrivée n'était pas des plus accueillantes. Pas d'accompagnement en chambre, explications très brèves...

Le falta mantenimiento locativo a este hotel , ducha extremadamente pequeña , si eres grande con seguridad no cabes. Personal como amable, salvo por Andrea la recepcionista , fue la única persona atenta y que me ayudó. Por este precio se puede buscar una mejor opción en Capri.

Non c'è nulla da dire
A descarga do banheiro estava com problema e o frigobar não estava funcionando. Ficaram até tarde tentando resolver. Fiquei horas sem ir ao banheiro.

The breakfast is a huge disaster. Its awful, like in one star hotel. The bathroom has mold on the wall - it needs to be clean and removed because its disgusting.
