Voortreffelijk en heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Vriendelijke medewerkers, goed ontbijt en voortreffelijk restaurant. Tevens werd in 1 week tijd wel 2 tot 3 x het beddengoed verschoont en elke dag de handdoeken. Prachtig uitzicht op de pier en op de zee.

Super Hotel wo mansuch rundum wohlfühlen kann
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in hervorragender Lage an der Promenade. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut die Städte Pisa, Lucca und Florenz erkunden .Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück und das Restaurant super. Dieses Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel, wenn die Matratzen erneuert würden
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Strand, netter Empfang, das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Gut, dass das Hotel für das Parken über eine Tiefgarage verfügt.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider bekamen wir an der Rezeption nicht so viele Informationen über das Hotel, z. B. über die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs, oder die Möglichkeit, sich für die Sauna oder für Massagen anzumelden.
Was jedoch viel mehr ins Gewicht fällt ist, dass die Matratzen sehr schlecht und durchgelegen waren, guter Schlaf war somit nicht möglich - für ein 4-Sterne Hotel ein no go.

Lovely Hotel with an amazing pool accross from the beach
Pros:

The rooms on the top floor were lovely with big bathrooms and balcony . Very comfortable bed . Great and varied breakfast

Cons:

The spa had to be booked in advance or it was closed. The weather was appalling whilst we were there so we would have liked to use it as there was nothing else to do in the rain. Nearest train station is 10 min taxi ride away and there is nothing in Varriego or lido de carmoire. May be different in peak season

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima, di fronte al mare e al pontile e vicinissimo a bar, ristoranti e negozi. Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi tra cui spa e piscina perché mi sono soffermata solo 2 giorni e avevo altri programmi nelle vicinanze (visitare Pisa che dista solo mezz'oretta di auto). Accoglienza ottima, servizio di parcheggio coperto a pagamento, pulizia delle camere e delle parti comuni impeccabile. Colazione ottima e varia, con prodotti freschi e di buona qualità.

Cons:

Avrei voluto solo più attenzione alla pulizia dei bicchieri e posate della colazione: ho scartati ben 3 o 4 bicchieri prima di trovarne uno pulito e al cucchiaino che mi hanno portato con il caffè sotto era attaccato un pezzo di carta...
