Pros:

Posizione ottima e vista spettacolare.

Cons:

Personale un po' 'freddo' (a parte il cameriere sardo, l'unico di cui conserviamo un piacevole ricordo). Prezzo della camera medio/alto, prezzo del ristorante alto in confronto alla qualità e quantità delle portate.

Très bel emplacement mais prestation moyenne et chère
Pros:

La vue de la terrasse et des chambres sur la piscine et le val d’orcia, superbe.
Hôtel un peu vieillot, mais salle de bain moderne et literie ok.

Cons:

Le restaurant est cher, dans une salle très quelconque (sur la terrasse ça pourrait être sympa mais c’était pas dressé). La qualité pas du tout dans les standards de ce que l’on trouve dans cette région d’Italie. Vraiment très déçu de ce repas.

Esperienza pessima: overbooking selvaggio, zero assistenza e personale arrogante. State alla larga.
Pessima esperienza, definire il trattamento ricevuto "scandaloso" è un eufemismo. A febbraio abbiamo prenotato e pagato in anticipo 2 camere per 5 persone in occasione del Tuscany Trail in bicicletta. Al nostro arrivo in struttura ci siamo trovati davanti a una scena surreale: una lunga fila di clienti infuriati che si lamentavano alla reception. Il motivo? Un overbooking selvaggio gestito nel peggiore dei modi.
La gestione della situazione è stata vergognosa. Mentre ad altri clienti è andata perfino peggio (sono stati mandati in strutture a oltre 20 km di distanza), noi siamo stati letteralmente "scaricati" in due alloggi di fortuna: due appartamenti privati, totalmente inadeguati rispetto a quanto pattuito e, come se non bastasse, senza la prima colazione che avevamo regolarmente pagato.
A rendere la situazione intollerabile è stata la totale mancanza di professionalità, empatia e rispetto da parte del personale della reception. Sgarbati, strafottenti e per nulla disposti a scusarsi o a proporre un rimborso per il danno subito. In particolare, una ragazza della reception (capelli viola) si è distinta per l'atteggiamento peggiore in assoluto: arrogante, indisponente e con una totale svogliatezza nell'aiutare chi, a tutti gli effetti, si è sentito truffato dopo mesi di programmazione e chilometri in sella.
Un comportamento del genere rovina l'immagine dell'ospitalità toscana. Non si gestisce così un’attività, specialmente a fronte di prenotazioni prepagate mesi prima. Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata, da evitare come la peste.
