Teleurstellend
Pros:

Ze waren niet gierig met het volume van het avond aperitief.
Dinner was niet slecht, maar voor zulke uitbating kon beter.
Wel een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht

Cons:

Deurslot van de kamer haperde, gemeld aan de receptie, maar is niet verholpen.
Het ontbijt was om 09:30h leeggeroofd en ze waren al aan het afbouwen en afruimen.
Geen bijgevulde roerei, maar vooral smakeloos en uitgedroogd wit brood.
Tijdens mijn verblijf ontving tot op enkele dagen na onze vakantie WhatsApp berichten met de vraag om reservering te bevestigen, en dit vanuit Indië, wat doet sterk vermoeden dat uw reserveringsgegevens niet beveiligd genoeg zijn.
In plaats dat het personeel van de receptie die zich verschuilen achter torenhoge folderdisplay's op de balie, dat ze werk maken om de gegevens van hun gasten te beveiligen.

Pros:

Très joli parc et jolie piscine. Possibilité de mettre la voiture à proximité gratuitement. Les chambres étaient propres avec balcon rien à dire de ce côté excepté de bruit de la climatisation

Cons:

Personnel pas très avenant. Le matin au déjeuner il y avait 1 sorte fromage en tranche sans goût, salami et jambon chaque fois 1 seule sorte. Œufs brouillé et tranches de lard et impossible d’avoir des œufs au plat. Le personnel peu ou pas souriant et il y avait un sommelier franchement qui faisait du bruit avec les chaises, les tasses, la vaisselle. Les gens souriaient a le voir travailler. J’ai trouvé son comportement clairement pas adapté

Pros:

I loved almost everything about this hotel - location, staff, cleanliness, the pool. I loved my dinner & 2 breakfasts I had. It has such a good vibe and energy. I talked to the owner at a dinner, which was super nice. The hotel is in a stunning area and I loved every minute of staying in it.

Cons:

Guys, how can you charge separate for the pool towels? I mean, it’s like providing you a bed and charging for the bedding or providing a shower and charging for a soap? Just doesn’t make sense. The pool towel should be in every room as a given, because you providing this facility.

Also, the breakfast should have some veggies - cherry tomatoes, for example.

Also, I would have loved a little shampoo in the room. I didn’t know it doesn’t come with the shower so had to wash my hair with shower gel.

Pros:

Overall a good deal for the price. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Grounds and pool were well maintained. They do require swimming caps at the pool and charge for towels so be preapared. Overall a lovely hotel and great location for visiting nearby Tuscan towns.

Pros:

De kamer, schoon en comfortabel.Zwembad goed.Locatie prima, voor bezoek andere plaatsen.Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon.
