La struttura centralissima,la stanza grande come pure il bagno (un po datato) tutto molto pulito. Buona la colazione.

Très bien placé dans le centre historique de la belle ville d’Assise, à proximité de tout à pied.
Une petite chambre avec vue sur un mur et une salle de bain avec baignoire peu pratique pour la douche qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant et le petit déjeuner excellent.

Camera non adatta a persone con animali, molto rumorosa sia per rumori proveniente dall'interno della struttura che esterno, letto matrimoniale piccolo, per entrare in bagno bisognava stare attenti a non farsi male per aprire la porta del bagno, se si apre la finestra entrano i piccioni in camera, frigorifero solo con una bottiglietta neanche da mezzo litro!!! Sapevo del parcheggio non presente in struttura, ma non mi hanno informata che si poteva parcheggiare a quello convenzionato solo se si trova posto!!!Siamo andati via il giorno dopo nonostante 2 notti pagate!!!!

El hotel está renovado. La habitación era amplia y bien equipada. La misma daba a una calle trasera y no se sintieron ruidos
El trato del personal es mas bien frio y distante. El desayuno era regular . No estaba en linea con el precio de la habitacion
The staff were wonderful - molto gentile! The location is excellent as guests can easily walk to various landmarks and points of interest. We also loved the breakfast spread, which had a great selection of both sweet and savory options.
Limited service at night is worth noting. We tried to pre-book a taxi for an early departure but were told to wait until the morning or check Google and book it ourselves.
La posizione vicinissima alla basilica di Santa Rita. La stanza ed il bagno ampi con arredamento un po' datato ma funzionale. Buona la disponibilità del parcheggio. Buona disponibilità e cortesia del personale di sala almeno per quanto riguarda la sala con menù alla carta.
L' edificio è molto datato e più che un albergo sembra un ospedale con lunghi corridoi. È meta di comitive numerose e rumorose. Infatti le comitive fortunatamente hanno una sala mensa e colazione riservata. Ci è capitato di dover sollecitare l' accensione del riscaldamento perché non era stato fatto a discapito del clima piuttosto fresco. Forse un'accensione automatica sarebbe auspicabile.
Conforto e localização
Fizemos o check-out em um sábado, apesar de poder acessar a rua de carro para pegar as bagagens, os aplicativos Waze e Google Maps bloqueiam, devido a enorme quantidade de pessoas andando nas ruas. Só consegue chegar quem conhece o caminho. Nada nos foi informado a respeito da complexidade de se sair da cidade em um sábado, por isso, a experiência pós checkout foi muito ruim.
