Pros:

Great location, nice room, nice bed and facilities. Air Conditioning was effective.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast offerings were better, and included hot options. Coffee could be better quality, and cutoff at 9:30 was sometimes a problem.

Für uns war es wichtig, in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes zu nächtigen und zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend.

Very hot but air con very efficient

Aria condizionata rotta e personale scontroso: inabitabile in estate

Posizione strategica tra stazione ferroviaria e centro città

Cons:

Purtroppo, nonostante fosse chiaramente indicata tra i servizi della struttura, l'aria condizionata non era funzionante, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente disagevole. È la prima recensione negativa che lascio dopo anni di viaggi in qualunque struttura/città, ma la ritengo necessaria perché soggiornare in estate a Bologna senza climatizzatore può essere, oltre che difficile, perfino un rischio, per persone più fragili. Lo split in camera andava continuamente in blocco (vedi foto) oppure funzionava solo in modalità ventilazione. Dopo la mia segnalazione, il personale del turno serale e notturno ha cercato senza successo di risolvere il problema.
Un guasto può capitare in qualsiasi struttura ed è comprensibile, ma l'atteggiamento scontroso ricevuto al check-out è stato inopportuno, perché mi è stato detto prima che si trattava di un problema tecnico momentaneo, poi che probabilmente non avevo saputo utilizzare il climatizzatore, che in fondo la notte non era stata così calda da richiedere l'aria condizionata (a Bologna, in estate), infine che nessuno ci aveva obbligato a soggiornare lì (nonostante la prenotazione fosse prepagata). Non c'è stata minima disponibilità a trovare una soluzione adeguata, ma solo un piccolo sconto sulle uniche spese ancora da saldare (una bottiglia d'acqua e la tassa di soggiorno).
Inoltre è rimasto il dubbio che la questione sia stata trattata con troppa normalità per essere un episodio del tutto imprevisto.
