Important information:

The Spa is open every day, including holidays, from 10:00 to 20:00. Access to the wellness center is subject to an additional charge of € 30.00 per person and lasts two hours. Reservation is required. Access to the Spa is subject to availability. Children under 16 are not permitted to enter.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 50.00 per pet, per night applies. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 6 kilos. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may occur as a result of their pet’s stay. In the event of documented damages, the hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding repair or replacement costs.

Perfekt !
Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich.
Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, das haben wir bisher in keinem 5 Sterne Hotel so gehabt. Die Lage ist natürlich top.

Beautiful hotel, great location and lovely pool

Cons:

Service in the restaurants, bars and round the pool was not very attentive all of the time. Some of the staff members were excellent and went out of their way to provide great service, but then others were not and that let it down. A simple thing to fix.

Pros:

L’accoglienza, l’organizzazione, la pulizia.
Camera spaziosa dotata di tutti i confort, il rifacimento della stanza con cambio biancheria veniva svolta 2 volte al giorno, la palestra super attrezzata, con vista mare, anch’essa molto pulita.
Il ristorante e il sushi bar in linea alla struttura.
Personale molto gentile e attento ai dettagli

Hotel top di Riccione
Pros:

hotel superlativo con personale di alto livello. Dal vivo è più bello che in foto.
camere molto belle con terrazzo vista mare. sala da pranzo panoramica con cucina a vista anche a colazione.
posizione comoda per la spiaggia per il centro di Riccione. walet parking nessuno problema per parcheggiare. il top di Riccione.

Personale alla reception molto accogliente e disponibile. La camera bella e funzionale molto curata e pulita.

Cons:

Il servizio al bar al settimo piano da rivedere completamente. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo incidente con un bicchiere che si è rotto. Il cameriere si è totalmente disinteressato. Abbiamo pulito il tavolo per dargli una mano ovviamente ma lui è svanito nel nulla. Poco dopo alla nostra richiesta di poter mangiare ci è stato detto che era solo su prenotazione.

Sejur plăcut intr-o locație de lux.
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost ok dar acelasi in fiecare dimineta. Amplasarea hotelului foarte buna. Piscina modesta.

Cons:

Nu e normal la un hotel de 5 stele sa platesti in plus accesul pe plaja, umbrela si sezlongul. La preturile practicate era de asteptat ca parcarea sa fie inclusa.

Erholsame Tage direkt am Strand in luxuriösem Hotel
Pros:

Modern-luxuriös und sauber, wirklich sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr feines Frühstück mit Meersicht, direkt am Strand. Top Gym. Funky Rooftop Bar.

Cons:

Schade ist der Aussenpool morgens erst um 10 Uhr offen, Nutzung des Innenpools nur gegen Gebühr. Grundstück gegenüber.
