Lage, Standard

Cons:

Massenbetrieb ( Kongress), Frühstück knapp Mittelmass, Restaurant dafür sehr empfehlenswert. Wellness Bereich ähnelt eher öff. Badeanstalt. Sauna Geschlechter getrennt für Paare weniger toll. Keine Rudermaschine im Fitness dafür riesig.

Perfect location and servcie
Pros:

The hotel is a great grandiose hotel. Great service and views of the lake. It is a very busy hotel for groups and conferences but they mange it all very well. Rooms are nice, walls bit thin for hearing others around you, but 1st world problems. Great pool and recreation area. Local bars and restaurants are great and much cheaper, but that’s what you pay for in the nice hotel. Loved the breakfast assortment and service. Efficiently managed.

Cons:

I didn’t think it was appropriate to charge for the gym. This is the first hotel I have been to that charges for the gym. Also it may seem small but there are no tissues in the room.

Essential grandeur!
Pros:

Do not expect Kleenex, an iron, a washcloth, bar soap or a bathrobe and slippers. Such niceties have been stripped away from the gorgeous Grand Dino. Even though we stayed a week there was only one bottle of water per guest for the entire stay — you pay extra for every day necessities!!! Breakfast was glorious but they revoked our group’s table reservations way before our departure and waiters took our plates away before we even put down our forks (I was taught that was rude!) We loved the bar, the view from our clean room and the relative quiet plus the grand design and luxurious feel of the public rooms and decks.Reception staff are snappy but ultimately helpful . We got extra hangers and a needed pillow!! Thankful!!

Très bon moment de détente!
Pros:

Très belle architecture. Hôtel très luxueux, meubles et décoration de style. Petit-déjener de qualité et copieux !

Cons:

Le parking est payant pour les clients. Le spa est séparé (hommes/femmes) et n'est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage, coole Hotelbar mit exzellentem Service.
Cons:

Der Service im Restaurant "Last Hall" hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Nach anfänglich perfektem Empfang wurden wir von einem nicht gut eingeschulten Mitarbeiter bedient, der der Sprache (Italienisch oder deutsch) nicht mächtig war. Der verantwortliche Oberkellner kümmerte sich nicht mehr um uns (ausser beim Kassieren).
