Perfect hotel for romatic trip
Pros:

This is one of the most romantic hotels I had seen in my life. It is perfect to vostit with your wife. Beach is one of the most beautiful i jave seen on the lake and it is alao very clean. I hope we would come agagin in your hotel soon.

Cons:

For a supposed luxury hotel (at luxury prices) the service was well below expectation: 1) the front desk staff were less than helpful, acted like they were doing us a favor to answer any questions, 2) hot tub in health spa was 'cold' even after we reserved a time the night before, 3) there was no food or drink service at the beach or pool (dirty glasses and plates were left around the property, 4) The bottom rungs of the ladder leading from the lake onto the dock were slimy and extremely slippery, creating a significant safety hazard, 5) Our internet service was blocked because of a daily data limit, 6) Most concerning was our experience at checkout. We were asked to contribute additional money for staff tips. Although we were told the contribution was optional, my wife felt uncomfortable declining and felt compelled to pay approximately €125. Based on our subsequent research and conversations, we are concerned that this request may have been directed particularly toward American guests. Tipping in Italy is generally discretionary and not an expected practice in the manner presented to us. We found the request inappropriate and uncomfortable, particularly at the conclusion of an already disappointing stay. 7) No response when we reached out to the hotel general manager with our concerns.

Cons:

Di seguito un punto riguardante il settore in generale e non unicamente specifico a questo Hotel. La pratica diffusamente in uso ormai di includere nel conto un addebito (non obbligatorio) di almeno il 5% di mancia è sgradevole e scorretta. In alcuni casi il Point Of Purchase (ristorante/Bar spiaggia/Lounge Bar/Front Desk) avvisa dell'inclusione e specifica che si può chiedere lo storno, cosa che non vorrei fare in quanto di sgradevole apparenza, in altri non viene detto e ci si trova a dare 2 volte la mancia come mi è capitato al Bar della piscina/spiaggetta. Trovo sia un forte ricatto psicologico ed in alcuni estremi casi una probabile forma di "appropriazione indebita" seppur a fine benevolo come la mancia al personale. La mancia non può e non deve diventare una forzatura e non deve e non può diventare un obbligo come in alcuni paesi anglosassoni dove lo stipendio del cameriere è fortemente influenzato dalla mancia ricevuta che peraltro è dovuta.

Sejour de rêve au bord du lac..
Pros:

La situation exceptionnelle au bord du lac et la vue des chambres. La propreté de l’hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel. Les tables du dîner en terrasse avec la vue imprenable sur le lac au couché du soleil…

Cons:

En gros: rien du tout.
Petite remarque: les prix un peu élevés des boissons au bar et l’absence de prise de courant dans la sdb…

Vue incroyable et bon standing
Pros:

La vue incroyable ! Taille raisonnable / plage privée / espace extérieurs calme avec vu dingue sur le lac / deco très kitch dans les chambres mais ça fait son charme / taille de l’établissement parfaite- pas une usine à touriste - chambre avec balcon

Cons:

La piscine est un peu ridicule - tourne le dos au lac - plus pour la déco que pour l’usage
