Kommen sicher wieder!
Pros:

sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück; schöne Pool Area, Personal äußerst freundlich; sehr zentral gelegen; konnten am letzten Tag das Auto noch den ganzen Tag stehen lassen und den Pool erneut nutzen;

Cons:

Liegestühle 2. Ebene oberhalb vom Pool könnten etwas sauberer sein.

Freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Habe ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick gebucht. Der Straßenlärm SS 33 ist sehr störend. Nicht genau auf gepasst. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer an der Rückseite mit mehr Ruhe.

Schöne Zimmer auch von der Größe her. Bad sehr gut. Zimmer mit Seeblick bedeutet auch stark befahrene Straße!
Poolbereich ist schön. Frühstück anfangs sehr gut, aber dann wurde es leider etwas weniger Auswahl und schwächer. Sehr gute Lage im Ort

Tout était parfait. Le personnel est très sympathique et l'accueil parle français. Chambre confortable et très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner et bon restaurant à prix correct. Emplacement au top.

Hier fühlt man sich willkommen!
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt beim historischen Zentrum Bavenos und von der Seepromenade nur durch eine Durchgangsstrasse getrennt (weshalb es manchmal etwas lärmig ist). Im Hotel hat es eine grosszügige Lounge/Bar und diverse weitere Aufenthaltsräume. Die Umgebung, ein hübscher kleiner Park, ist sehr gepflegt und bietet zahlreiche Sitzplätze in der Sonne und im Schatten. Allerdings haben wir beim Pool eine Umkleidemöglichkeit vermisst.
Das Personal: immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit!
Frühstücksbuffet: sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Nur mittelmässig fanden wir das Nachtessen, das wir einmal im Hotel eingenommen haben. Diverse Restaurants liegen allerdings in der Nähe.

Pros:

Le personnel était très à l'écoute et très sympathique. Les tables du restaurant dans le jardin d'hiver donnent une vue sur le lac et en cas de mauvais temps cela est agréable malgré la route entre les deux. On a pu laisser notre voiture le matin de notre départ sur le parking. Bon rapport qualité prix du repas du soir au restaurant.
