Sehr gutes Hotel um Urlaub am See zu machen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück und das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am See.

Nichts auszusetzen.

The reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. Victoria who worked with the bar / restaurant team was fabulous.
The restaurant manager unfortunately was extremely taciturn and unwelcoming.
The cleaning staff definitely deserve a mention as they were all extremely efficient and very friendly.

Cons:

For a 4 star hotel I expected as a minimum of:
1) Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I did not have a kettle, cups and saucers, tea bags or a coffee machine
2) A mini bar with at least some drinks / snacks inside. The mini bar was totally empty and remained so
3) bottled water to be replenished every day. We only received water on the first day and thereafter had to pay at the bar
4) there also wasn’t a room service menu in the hotel bedroom which again is very odd in a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

a most beautiful hotel. Classical in the best way. excellent stuff very helpful. very comfortable minisuite.perfect view.Bed and pillows very comfortable. we slept with the balcony facing the lake- very very quite. we could hear the lake waves

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited. Dinner was not good. even in the mini suite the bathroom was a little small

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.
Direkt am Lago ohne Straße dazwischen.
Strand, Schwimmbad, Terrasse, perfekt.
Aperitivo sehr gut auf der Terrasse.
Leider noch zu kühl zum Schwimmen.

Cons:

Das Bad im Zimmer fanden wir sehr klein, aber ausreichend.

Tolle Terrasse und schönes Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See.
Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und haben in allen Dingen super geholfen.

Cons:

Frühstück ist sehr ausbaufähig!
Ausfahrt aus Parkplatz ist sehr gefährlich und müsste unbedingt optimiert werden.

Cons:

Zimmer 123 zur Straße absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wegen Verkehrslärm an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Und die Heizungsanlage knattert durch die Wand am Kopfende des Bettes die ganze Nacht durch.
Rezeptionspersonal hat gerade mal das notwendigste kommuniziert.

Nice location, but not worth its price
Pros:

- beautiful location in front of the lake
- beach ammenities
- breakfast is ok

Cons:

- no kettle nor coffee machine in bedrooms
- no face tissues in bathroom
- two small bottles of water provided on arrival but not replaced when the room is made everyday
- bed duvet was too small for the size of the bed
- foundation marks on bathrobe and old blood spots on bed sheets
- room 408 is next to a technique room because we heard devices vibrating during the night
- parking is charged 13€ per day and when getting there at 11pm, be ready to park in the grass.
- staff is okay; we understood saying hello everytime we came back through the reception was optional.
