Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes & engagiertes Personal, tolle Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, komfortable & sehr saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet - für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, tolle Poolanlage, schöner Spielplatz & ein Highlight - der private Strandabschnitt mit Liegen.

Pros:

Panorama spettacolare. Ambienti puliti. Camera ampia spaziosa con grande terrazzo.Staff giovane ed attento.
Piscina interna ed esterna con veduta lago.
Colazione a buffet abbondante con molta scelta sia salata che dolce, si fa colazione in un grande terrazzo vista mare.
Abbiamo anche cenato in struttura attivando separatamente da booking la mezza pensione. Tutto molto bello

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und der Ausblick auf den See wunderbar. Da die Straße dazwischen ist, sollte man nicht Lärmempfindlich sein. In unserem Zimmer war keine Schallisolierung. Für Vorsaison/Kurzurlaub war das in Ordnung. Da der Ausblick vom Restaurant ebenso schön war, sind wir zum Abendessen geblieben. Das war aber leider ein Reinfall.

Pros:

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise. Wie wurden upgegradet auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lecker mit großer Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Toller Pool beim Hotel, toller kleiner, privater Strand. Parkplätze sind auch super. Tolle Lage wenn ma am Gardasee außerhalb eines Dorfs sein möchte.

Personal: Man wird sehr freundlich empfangen.

Frühstücksqualität: Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker.

Umgebung: es gibt eine Hundewiese direkt am Haus, Spielplatz ebenso, eigene Parkplätze und man ist gut zu Fuß unterwegs (zu Restaurant, Fähre, Bus, Einkaufsläden)

Cons:

Frühstück: Die Organisation war leider etwas inkonsistent. An manchen Tagen gab es Wahllisten für warme Speisen, an anderen Buffet-Selbstbedienung. Diese ständigen Wechsel waren für uns als Gäste eher verwirrend als hilfreich.

​Zimmer: Innerhalb unserer Gruppe gab es große Qualitätsunterschiede. Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel und verfügte entgegen der Erwartung über kein Tageslichtbad – obwohl uns dies als „Upgrade“ verkauft wurde. Zudem ließ sich die Balkontür nicht vollständig öffnen, da sie am zu hoch verlegten Laminat hängen blieb.

​Wellness/Pool: Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit dem Pool bei Regenwetter. Zuerst hieß es, die Heizung sei wegen der Umstellung auf „Sommerbetrieb“ abgeschaltet. Bei unserer vorzeitigen Abreise wurde dies dann revidiert – man sagte uns, er sei nur an diesem einen Tag kalt gewesen. Diese widersprüchlichen Aussagen haben uns sehr geärgert
