Das Essen war fantastisch. Wir haben das glutenfreie Angebot sehr geschätzt, danke!
Die Lage und die Aussicht sind jedenfalls ganz toll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Fast alle sprechen Deutsch.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la plage privée.
Chambre de belle taille avec un beau balcon. Superbe vue !
La salle de bain est spacieuse est bien équipée.
Le bar et la terrasse sont supers.
Un concert était prévu le soir où nous y étions, c’était très sympa !
Petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

La climatisation en panne. Mais le problème devrait être résolu. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu en profiter. Les matelas trop mous et déformés.

Bene , ma non benissimo.
Pros:

La posizione buona, d altronde se vuoi il lago vicino hai anche la Gardesana vicina...quindi rumore. Però nel complesso ci si può rilassare alla grande, grazie al collegamento con il tunnel sotterraneo diretto alla spiaggia. Ottimo per pausa pranzo, senza toccare l auto il servizio ristorante offre il neccessario per poter pranzare senza sbattimenti. Personale ottimo in tutto, disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Bella esperienza anche solo per 2 giorni.

Cons:

La camera non all altezza, anni 80 , ma inizio anni 80 non fine anni 80. Da rifare completamente tutto il bagno, mia nonna c'è lo aveva più moderno, camera piccola troppo piccola, oserei dire castrofobica. Per questo dettaglio, non ci tornerei, anche se ci siamo rimasti poco in camera. Piuttosto chiederei le camere che affacciano sul lago, che sbirciando quando erano aperte per le pulizie, abbiamo visto decisamente migliori. In paragone 2 Hotel diversi! Sarà diverso anche il prezzo?

Hotel liegt Zentral in Brenzone und Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett.
Pros:

Der Hoteleigene Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Bei einem Malheur im Zimmer wurde schnell gehandelt und die erste Runde Getränke zum Abendessen gingen aufs Haus. Sehr zuvorkommende, nette Geste.

Cons:

Leider zu viele Hunde und die Treppenstufen waren voller Hundehaare. Besser kein Teppich auf den Stufen. An zwei schwülen Tagen roh es sehr unangenehm nach Hund.
Handtuchhalter über dem Bide, wo auch noch die frischen Handtücher auf dem Bide liegen geht garnicht.
