Ottimo hotel nell'ombelico di Reggio Calabria
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è strategica perché è vicinissima al museo che ospita i Bronzi di Riace, all'inizio del lungomare e di Corso Garibaldi e dalla finestra della mia camera si vedeva oltre al mare e alla costa siciliana anche la gelateria Cesare, che è la migliore della città. A quattro passi ci sono anche ottimi ristoranti L'auto è stata portata dal personale nel parcheggio dell'hotel e mi è stata restituita sempre dal personale ...mi sono sentito un divo di Hollywood in vacanza!

Cons:

Sulla pulizia non ho dato una gran votazione perché ho trovato delle briciole per terra e c'era un po' di polvere sul comodino e sul tavolo, il bagno invece era a posto

Excellent, comfortable and friendly hotel in a place easily accessible by public transport

For those travelling to Reggio di Calabria by train or boat:
The hotel is located very close to the Reggio di Calabria Lido train station. Just around the corner.
So, not near the Reggio di Calabria Centrale station. Many trains also stop in Lido.
It’s also within walking distance of the departure point for the boat to Messina, Sicily. Regular departures (with Liberty Lines) are just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Also nearby is the starting point of Italy's most famous promenade: the Lungomare Falcomatà. This has been defined as the most beautiful kilometer in Italy (actually it's 1.7 kilometers long).
A few steps from the hotel you find the Archaeological Museum of Reggio di Calabria, with a large archaeological collection from various locations in Magna Graecia.

I read in several reviews here that some describe this hotel as old-fashioned and dated... However, I felt I had a very nice and comfortable room and enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Good bathroom and well-functioning air conditioning.
My room was on the 4th floor and I had a view of the Strait of Messina and Mount Etna (which is sometimes smoking). Lower floors will presumably overlook more trees…

You get a very good buffet breakfast on the top floor.
There, too, you have a good view of Mount Etna. On this floor, you can even step outside for a moment to take a photo.

Extremely friendly and helpful multilingual staff.

If I ever come to Reggio di Calabria again, I want to stay at this hotel.

Excellent hôtel, bien situé avec un personnel très sympathique!
Pros:

Les petits déjeuners étaient excellents, beaucoup de variété et le café était délicieux ! Le personnel était super!

Cons:

La salle de bain…rideau de douche trop court ce qui occasionnait de l’eau sur le plancher et des risques de chute a la sortie du bain/douche.

Sul meraviglioso lungomare di Reggio Calabria, tra i Bronzi e l'Etna.
Pros:

Centralissimo, proprio dietro il Museo Archeologico. Hotel moderno adatto anche a clientela business. Ristorante panoramico con terrazza con vista sullo Stretto di Messina e sull'Etna.
