Good stay
Pros:

Location is good, very close to the train station and tram to get to airport
Eva checked us in and was very kind and helpful throughout our visit.
Room had all we needed and was clean.
Breakfast had a good choice, the dining area is small but we had no problem getting a table.
We were able to walk to all of the areas we wanted to visit so for us the location was perfect.

Café da manhã perfeito!! Atendimento do check in perfeito

Cons:

O quarto ao lado fazia uma algazarra terrível na madrugada e não tinha como reclamar. Na realidade são as pessoas que são mal educadas e não respeitam o descanso alheio.

Friendly hotel close to the city centre
Pros:

The staff were fantastic – everyone from those on reception to those at breakfast were really friendly and welcoming. My room was big and clean. Location wise, the hotel was across the road from the train station and an easy walk to the main tourist spots. Would happily stay here again.

Location was perfect.. security was great.. front desk reception was amazing g when we arrived… when asked for assistance she helped arrange for very early
