The location of the hotel is very well , nice cosy room,very clean,positive energy, good breakfast, very kind receptionists and staff.
If i will come back i would like to stay here again.

If you have a big luggage ask for 1st floor, no elevator.

Quando sono arrivato ho appreso che la struttura NON HA ASCENSORE ! E mia hanno messo al secondo piano in una stanza che non ha nulla a che vedere con le immagini pubblicate ( 3 metri per 3 ).
Certo poi andando a ricontrollare la mia prenotazione ho scoperto che cercando tra le diverse informazioni della struttura, sotto vari menù, c’è scritto che non esiste l’ascensore. Ho sbagliato io !! Mi sono fidato delle valutazioni di Booking “ OTTIMO “.
Ma per una persona che ha problemi di deambulazione o di età FORSE andrebbe messo in evidenza nelle pagine precedenti, perché al momento dell’arrivo non si può più fare nulla. Non vuole essere una critica a Booking, ma un suggerimento. La trasparenza è fondamentale!

Decent place to stay in Bologna
Pros:

Quiet. Good basic breakfast. Comfy bed. Nice staff.

Cons:

Not a major issue for us but bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze. Tea but no coffee in the room.

Great place to stay on your visit to Bologna! Walking distance to many attractions. Staff was exceptional

Perfect! Great stay.
Pros:

Great option for short trips to Bologna city centre.
Pros:

Location is very central. Staff is kind and helpful. they arranged parking and ZTL fees for me.

Cons:

In summer it gets very hot and, being central, there is a good amount of noise from the street. Air conditioning in the room is available but a slightly stale smell when I turned it on had me questioning whether the filters were clean.
