Good location but not very comfortable facilities
Pros:

Location was great and good value for money

Cons:

There was no hot water at all, so I had a cold shower. I spoke with the receptionist, but the next morning I had yet another cold shower. The room also smelled of cigarettes.

Great Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bologna and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I was also very grateful for the delicious breakfast, especially the unlimited cappuccinos each morning- such a lovely way to start the day!

Thank you for making my visit to Bologna so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

A great hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Location was excellent. A few excellent restaurants 1 min away. Reception staff were great and .polite and so helpful.
Room was spacious, clean and had a kettle which I love. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely hotel and welcoming staff
Pros:

Lovely traditional Italian hotel with polite and courteous staff. A few minutes walk from the main square but also near to many local neighbourhood restaurants. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable at this hotel.
