Perfect location with everything you need and the best value for money.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, central and within walking distance to everything. In spite of being central it was not noisy to sleep, and the rooms were so large and comfortable, it was absolutely brilliant value for money. The team were so helpful and really enthusiastic and positive making it feel welcoming and like they really cared about their property and jobs.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and very spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location right in the middle of Rome, easily walkable to everything and close to Spagna railway station. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in the middle of the action.
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and the amenities were great.

Cons:

We had an early flight and asked the hotel to reserve a taxi for us. We reconfirmed the taxi after dinner the night before we were leaving. When we came down, no taxi and the night clerk was clueless. He kept offering options for taxis 30-40 minutes later or a shuttle for an hour later. I gave up on him and ordered an uber which arrived in 3 minutes.

Very much enjoyed the hotel and location, and staff was helpful.
Pros:

Location near Spanish Steps was a good walking area. Room was neat and clean. Staff was helpful when needed.

Cons:

Wanted to have laundry done, but cost was prohibitive. No form of breakfast included.
