Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Grande chambre confortable avec terrasse et belle vue. Piscine avec vue sur la mer.

Pros:

The location - walkable to the cable car to Taormina, the beaches around isola bella, and a close drive to the nearest train. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating and made us feel like no request was too much. Multiple times they brought us cold water when we came in after a long walk, or treated us to iced coffees on our arrival on an international flight. They also were very kind and accommodating to our 18 month old son.

Cons:

The floor of our balcony deck was not in the greatest condition, and the refrigerator in the room did not keep beverages as cold as desired. There were a lot of light switches / buttons to press that made it confusing to know how to use correctly.

Comoda ubicacion y cumplio con lo basico esperado.
Pros:

Esta en la zona baja de la ciudad cerca del funicular que sube a Taormina. Es de facil acceso en auto pero hay que tener cuidado porque la entrada esta sobre una curva de la ruta. Buenas vistas y pileta.

Cons:

El acceso al parking del hotel es incomodo y caro. El auto lo entra el personal del hotel, la habitacion podia estar decorada con mas gusto, pocos enchufes y iluminacion compleja de operar.

La ubicación.

Cons:

La realidad es que no es un hotel 4 estrellas como dicen. Te cobran el estacionamiento , creo q no corresponde. También la toalla para la pileta; en ningún lado te cobran la toalla .. esas cosas hacen que no sea un gran hotel como dicen.
