Best Hotel with fabulous staff
Pros:

The staff especially Kamna and Cherif at reception and Pierre at breakfast in the restaurant were all very friendly accomodating and excellent English speakers, saving me from using my broken French. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well during the very hot days. The location was perfect for is as it was quiet but still had a short walk to the airport shuttle bus and sanctuary. The breakfast was a good buffet selection of hot and cold foods and a range of delicious french breads and pastries.

Cons:

The room had a seperate toilet and bathroom. It would have been good to have a small sink in the toilet room to wash hands.
The room service was a little slack when they replaced 5 used towels with only 3 fresh towels for our family of 5. The room service also failed to maintain toilet paper stocks for our room.

Yo recomiendo este hotel fui con un grupo con mi madre y unos amigos
Y mi madre al tener problemas , tenia su scooter preparado y cargado todos los dias y la comodidad de la habitación lo mejor yo recomiendo este hotel lo que mas precisamente quieran ir a la grota al tener una parada de autobús mismo en la puerta del hotel.

Für die eine Nacht auf alle Fälle sehr gut !!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut, es konnte alles fussläufig erreicht werden. Unser Zimmer war groß, hatten allerdings zu zweit ein dreierzimmer. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz war vor dem Haus, zwar nicht überwacht aber beleuchtet. Im Hotel konnte man einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 15 Euro mieten.

Het is een top hotel. Wij zijn hier al 5 keer geweest. En we komen nog terug
Pros:

Het personeel is behulpzaam.
De kamer is heel netje. Ook de badkamer is heel goed.
En ook de matrassen zijn zeer goed.
Ontbijt is heel goed. Voor 5 dagen zeker goed.

Cons:

Als je meer dan 5 dagen moest komen.
Dan zou wij toch , graag eens wat meer afwisseling hebben bij het ontbijt.

Hotel muy bien situado en Lourdes, ideal para visitar la ciudad. Personal muy atenta. Con una consumición de bienvenida, parking cerrado para dejar la moto

Outstanding Stay at Hotel Alba
Pros:

Exceptional staff, convenient location- short walk to sanctuary, very clean, AC, comfy beds. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to be helpful- Maureen and Johanna were outstanding. Highly recommend everything about Hotel Alba. Best place to stay in Lourdes.

El sistema de aire acondicionado: que no se pueda controlar desde la habitación y que solo se pueda apagar y encender abriendo y cerrando la ventana sin posibilidad de controlar la temperatura
