Would definitely stay at the Hotel Alba again in the future

The staff were very helpful and even assisted in contacting the taxi company that were booked separately for the trip.

Le top du confort à Lourdes
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, les lits très confortables.
La chambre était très propre et bien entretenue.
Le personnel de l’hôtel et le service nettoyage étaient efficace et très sympathique avec une bonne communication toujours avec le sourire.

Cons:

L’hôtel est quand meme un peu éloigné du sanctuaire , à la longue sa peut fatigué environ 20-25 minutes de marche. Le petit bémol dans la chambre, il manque une petite bouilloire surtout pour les fans de café/thé, on est obligé d’acheter au bar.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - dann mit Motorrad im Gepäck.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Gave, nur 10 Fußminuten vom Heiligen Bezirk entfernt.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das in zwei Zimmer unterteilt war.
Eines für die Kinder, eines für uns. Die Betten in beiden Zimmern waren sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichlich bestückt; sowohl mit lokalen Spezialitäten als auch für den einfachen Gaumen war etwas dabei.
Der Parkplatz an dem Hotel kostet 15€/Nacht, was aber recht günstig ist im Vergleich zu den öffentlichen Parkplätzen gegenüber des Hotels.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, uns wurde alles ausführlich erklärt und diese Hotel führt, wie viele Hotels in Lourdes, einen eigenen Lourdes-Shop.
Von dem Hotel aus ist man in knapp 30 Minuten in Gavarnie und anderen schönen Pyrenäendörfern und -sehenswürdigkeiten.
Auch das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist qualitativ hervorragend, preislich dem Ambiente und Haus (4*) angemessen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, unsere Kinder wurden ebenso herzlich aufgenommen wie wir.
