Pros:

Chambre propre, très calme, fonctionnelle. Belle vue. Personnel très aimable, tant à l'accueil qu'en cuisine (petit déjeuner et dîner).

Cons:

Attention aux petites remarques faites en interne au personnel qui devraient rester dans la sphère pro et privée... nous avons entendu à 2 reprises certaines personnes se faire 'réprimander', ces conversations devraient être évitées autour des clients. Mais sinon RAS :)

L'accueil exceptionnel et une gentillesse, près à contenter le clients toujours disponible, si il y a un petit problème vite réglé .Cela fait 4 ans que l'on va à cette hôte toujours sastifait merci aux Personnels .D'ailleurs on tournera Super hôtel mérites ses 4 étoiles

Nice hotel to discover Lourdes and surroundings by car . Confortable rooms . Good parking .
Pros:

Good hotel , close to the center . Clean , good facilities . Confortable rooms . Good value for money . Parking is ok but better to call before arriving .

Cons:

Restaurante service could be better as they only offer dinner for a short period of time . We found breakfast a bit expensive and there are no other options around the hotel .

Staff aimable et l’hotel est propre et accessible. Merci à Kamma et son équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux à l'arrivée. Le petit déj etait très bon, merci à Pierre et son équipe pour leur travail et accueil. On reviendra tous les ans !!
