Het zwembad was groot en met genoeg schaduw en genoeg ligstoelen. Het strand was op loopafstand.

Io e la mia compagnia abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo weekend e siamo rimasti davvero contenti della bellissima esperienza.
Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed attento alle nostre richieste.
La posizione dell’hotel è molto strategica, perché si raggiunge tutto in pochi minuti a piedi.
La camera l’abbiamo trovata in ottime condizioni, bagno grande con una bella doccia e con l’aria condizionata super apprezzata.
C’è una piscina molto grande che ti permette di rilassarti senza pensieri del caos.
Parcheggio per l’auto a pagamento ma è coperto,Possibilità di fare colazione anticipata e la camera addirittura era pronta già alle ore 12:00.
Cena e colazione molto abbondanti e varie.
Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e consiglio a tutti questo hotel!

la scelta di reintrodurre il buffet è stata gradita sopratutto in presenza di bambini piccoli.
Personale sempre cortese e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente.
Pulizia della camera precisa e personale efficiente. Camera quadrupla con balcone perfetta in quanto sono presenti letti singoli e non a castello.

-siivous oli heikkoa. Huoneen lattiaa ei oltu siivottu varmaan koko kesänä, vaan sängynaluset ja seinänvieret oli täynnä pölypalloja ja hiekkaa.
-hotellilla ei ollut tarpeeksi pyyhkeitä niin että ne olisi voitu joka päivä vaihtaa puhtaisiin. Siistijä levitteli käsiään, että Ei ole, kun kyselin puhtaiden pyyhkeiden perään.

ottima posizione, colazione eccellente, personale molto gentile! camera molto ampia e letti comodi. Il balcone sul mare non era enorme ma più che sufficiente per prendere una boccata d'aria. la stanza pulita il bagno nuovo e pulito, il bidet un po' piccolo, la doccia ampia e perfetta! siamo stati davvero molto bene. La piscina molto grande e curata, anche la parte dedicata ai più piccoli più che sufficiente per giocare in sicurezza! da tornare!

l'unico neo che voglio segnalare, non è responsabilità dell'albergo, ma della maleducazione degli ospiti. La mattina ci siamo trovati un padrone con un cane che tornava dalla spiaggia bagnato e insabbiato che saliva in ascensore, lasciando il classico cattivo odore. Nulla contro i cani ovviamente anzi! però bisogna vigilare su queste cose e poi c'è sempre un tema di cattiva educazione delle persone e su questo ovviamente si fa poco.... ultimo, purtroppo in periodo di vacanze, dalla strada lo schiamazzo era forte e nonostante le finestre chiuse quando esagerano i ragazzi superano qualsiasi barriera anche i doppi o tripli vetri di cui la camera era dotata e che hanno comunque attutito il loro chiasso

Frühstück war lecker und es ist für jeden was dabei. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten anfänglich ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage aber das wurde dann zu unserer Zufriedenheit behoben. Die Lage ist toll. Man ist direkt am Strand und sehr schnell in der Einkaufsmeile.

Cons:

Ja, was soll ich sagen, WLAN im Hotel ist nicht ganz so stabil. Es kann schon sein dass man öfters rausfliegt und dann nicht mehr rein kommt. Beim Fernsehen wird Netflix angeboten. Problem war dass sich der Fernseher aber nicht mit WLAN verbindet. Wir haben jeden Tag das Problem gemeldet und wurden jedes Mal vertröstet. Wenn ich als Gast ein Problem melde, erwarte ich vom Hotel dass dieses Problem gelöst wird und falls es nicht möglich ist, muss das Hotel auf den Gast zukommen und ihm mitteilen, dass es nicht möglich ist das Problem zu beheben. Ein No go ist es aber den Gast ständig nachfragen zu lassen. Das geht nicht.

Wir fragten nach einer kleine Lunchbox, da wir früh und ohne Frühstück auschecken wollten. Diese wurde uns zuerst gegen kleinen Aufpreis angeboten. Erst nach Nachfrage und mehreren Stunden Klärung war es dann doch möglich. Aber ok, war vielleicht auch ein Missverständnis von Seiten des Hotels. Letztendlich bekamen wir die Lunchbox.
