Strašně příjemná recepční.Výborná snídaně.Pokoj až pod střechou, ale klimatizace,krásný výhled,dvojitá okna perfektní proti hluku,parkování blízko hotelu zadarmo.Hotel dál od centra asi 20 minut.Pláž trochu dál,blízko hotelu byly jen mola s žebříky.

Piacevole soggiorno a Gardone riviera
Pros:

Struttura ben tenuta e pulita.... comodissimo l'ascensore.
L'accoglienza è stata cordiale, professionale, empatica e ricca di informazioni, tutto il personale estremamente gentile e capace, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.
La stanza sempre ben pulita e in ordine, comodissimo il frigorifero in camera e l'aria condizionata regolabile funzionava benissimo.
Posizionato sulla statale risulta comodo da trovare e nei dintorni non era impossibile parcheggiare, il traffico è sempre intenso data l'importanza della strada.
La colazione era ricca di scelta.... affettati, formaggio, yogurt, frutta, verdura, brioches, pancakes, torte, ecc, ecc.... insomma sfido chiunque a non trovare qualcosa che vada bene per colazione.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, totalmente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno.

Cons:

Bisogna fare attenzione al gradino all' ingresso, è particolare.

Pros:

Ci è stata data una camera piu grande per lo stesso prezzo. Lo Staff è sempre a disposizione e gentile. I letti erano comodissimi. Buona la colazione. Bisogna prenotare in anticipo il parcheggio privato, in caso a pochi metri trovi altri posti.

Cons:

Il ristorante a fianco dove si ha lo sconto del 15% se si è clienti di questo hotel. Lo staff sempre gentile e professionale. Pero il cibo a noi non è piaciuto per niente. Le pizze erano davvero cattive a nostro gusto personale. Probabilmente hanno un impasto al quale non siamo abituati. E un altra cosa che manca in stanza è il bidet.

Redelijke verblijfplaats, aan drukke weg, rustig hotel, middelmatige kwaliteit
Pros:

Ontbijt was redelijk qua kwaliteit, receptionistes zeer vriendelijk,manager zeer behulpzaam de rest van personeel niet echt vriendelijk , zelfs bij de bediening best wel nare blikken van een enkeling

Cons:

De afspraak is niet nagekomen vwb de apparte bedden, en de kosten van parkeren per dag 10€ zou geen probleem zijn maar extreem lastig omdat er hele krappe plekken dus veel manoeuvreren en t smalle straatje om doorheen te rijden maakte dit erg oncomfortabel

Rilassante e piacevole questa vacanza ha soddisfatto la mente ed il palato
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, tranquillo, la camera pulita, il letto comodo. Lo staff, sia alla reception che in sala, gentilissimo, sempre sorridente, pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Buona ed abbondante la colazione di tipo internazionale. Non posso fare a meno di menzionare la bravura dello Chef : le cene era ottime e i dolci buonissimi, quelli al cucchiaio super. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Zmiana pokoju

Dostałam pokój inny niż zamawiałam na poddaszu dwu pokojowy niby apartament malutka klimatyzacja w jednym pokoju która o północy wysiadla całkowicie przy 40 stopniach na zewnątrz a od 22 giej w hotelu nie ma nikogo z obsługi łazienka w skosach przy 175 cm nie mieściliśmy sie a synowie mają 195 cm no ale nic… nastepnego dnia wymieniono nam pokój. Śniadania okropne podawane w papierowych naczyniach w jadalni brudno kawa ohydna jakbym nie była we Włoszech. Masakra.

L’accès aux chambres par code ne fonctionnait pas, les chambres auraient pu être plus propres, odeurs dans la salle de bain, panne d’électricité, on ne comprenait pas les horaires du restaurant
