Location and staff is good
Hotel is direibuted in two properties, the amount that we paid for stay was not justified with the room we got for the stay. I would say booking.com should enhance the feature to view the rooms properly and then should allow the booking.
llegamos el aire no funcionaba, las habitaciones las entregaron a las 5,30 y el hotel realmente no es de 4 estrellas las fotos son muy diferentes y pocas veces me pasa con los hoteles de booking

El personal de recepción es muy poco profesional. Para llegar encuentro la recepción vacía y tardó muchos minutos en volver. Se enfrentó conmigo cuando le dije que tenía prisa para aparcar el coche pues estaba en un vado. El Hotel está situado en una zona muy concurrida con dificultad para aparcar. Aun así me ignoró y respondió a las llamadas de teléfono.. le dije que la prioridad la tienen las personas que están esperando en recepción y que las personas que llaman por teléfono deben ser atendidas después y más cuando ya me había hecho esperar muchos minutos porque aparentemente estaba en el baño y tiene derecho a ir al baño! Todo esto dicho, en un tono que ni una niña de cinco años usa. Solo le faltó sacar el pañuelito y ponerse a llorar para hacer una tragicomedia. Se fue al patio para llamar a alguien. Supongo que a su jefe y llorarle como si tuviera tres años.

Que se fue la luz varias veces, pero eso escapa de sus manos, pero tenían solución, creo que usaron un generador
