Fabulous stay! Would recommend to others.
Pros:

Fantastic location and modern and clean room! Loved that the sunbeds aren’t available until 10am so it means they cannot be “reserved” early.

Cons:

One very small thing was that the room was not stocked with teas and coffee as in other hotels.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very near to the Peurto Marina, shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, spacious and the facilities are great ! The staff are excellent and just a shout out to a very nice staff member on reception called Raquel who was very helpful during our stay ! I would highly recommend Hotel Best Triton to anyone looking to visit Benalmadena.

Ļoti pozitīvi iespaidi.
Pros:

Ēdināšana bija izcila.Numuriņš bija izcils + 2 balkoni ,liela vannas istaba.Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta. Atpūtas iespējas lieliskas.
Loti skaists skats uz kalniem , pilsētu un uz jūru.Saullēkts redzams visā krāšņumā. Ļoti lielas platas gultas,labi matrači.Plaša pazemes stāvvieta,cik mēs bijām,redzējām daudz brīvu vietu.

Cons:

Gribējām izmantot jumta baseinu,bet diemžēl mums to atteica,jo šī opcija mums tika piedāvāta par papildus maksu.Mēs to nedarījām.Stāvieta 15Eur diennaktī .Es doomāju,ka tas ir mazliet par dārgu.Vakara izklaides varētu būt labākas,ne tikai solista un muzikanta uzstāšanās,gribējās lai iesaistītos apmeklētāji dejojot,bet nebija neviens kurš to iekustinātu.

Positiv waren die Außenanlagen: Sie waren schön und insgesamt einigermaßen gepflegt. Die Getränkepreise waren dagegen recht günstig.

Cons:

Schon am zweiten Tag fanden wir im Badezimmer unseres ersten Zimmers zwei große Kakerlaken. Nach dem Zimmerwechsel war auch das Ersatzzimmer nicht wirklich sauber; dort gab es weiterhin sichtbare Verschmutzungen im Bad (Fäkalien in der Toilette, sehr viele Haare auf dem Boden, weshalb wir das Zimmer 2x Nachteinigen ließen. Leider war es auch danach nicht sauberer. Später tauchte erneut eine Kakerlake auf, sogar tagsüber. Das Problem schien also nicht nur ein Einzelfall zu sein.
Uns wurde dann an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass das unsere Schuld ist, da wir die Balkontüre nicht öffnen dürfen und die Kakerlaken herein fliegen. Tatsächlich waren wir im dritten Stock (Kakerlaken sind schlechte Flieger) und später kam ein Hauseigener Schädlingsbekämpfer, der unser Bad und die Lüftungsschlitze mit Insektizid einsprühe und uns erklärte, dass die Kakerlaken über Toilette, Dusche und Lüftung kommen.

Der Zimmerservice kam nur an 3 von 5 Tagen und hat nur oberflächlich gereinigt, benutztes Geschirr und Zahnputzbecher nicht ausgetauscht.

Das Essen fanden wir eher mittelmäßig, vor allem wegen wenig Raffinesse, einem stark eingeschränkten vegetarischen Angebot und häufig schmutzigen Tellern. Für eine 4-Sterne-Unterkunft, hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt leider enttäuschend, vor allem wegen der Sauberkeit und des Umgangs mit dem Problem.

La piscina climatizada y la de niños, el gimnasio, el comedor y la atención de la gente del comedor. Y los animadores maravillosos. La zona infantil muy recomendable.

Cons:

La limpieza, estuvimos 8 días y no nos limpiaron el baño ni un solo día, fuimos a recepción a pedirlo y nos dijeron que solo hacían camas. Además, un día llovió y se encharcó todo alrededor de la piscina y no lo limpiaron hasta dos días más tarde que llegó el jefe y vimos dando órdenes. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas nos dieron toallas con agujero. Además, un día pasaron a la hora de la siesta de los críos a hacer la habitación y les dijimos que pasaran más tarde y nunca más vinieron. Hay una chica de la limpieza por las tardes de guardia pero no hace habitaciones, solo cambia toallas si necesitas. Siendo semana santa me parece que faltaba mucho personal para un mejor servicio. Todos los trabajadores eran muy amables pero faltaba mucho personal para dar el servicio que merece un hotel de 4 estrellas. Faltaba el doble de persona de limpieza y camareros en barra para pedir. El comedor es el único sitio que está bien de personal.

Fräscht boende med vacker utsikt. Nära till allt.

Cons:

Frukosttiden och gymtiden kunde vara bättre. Öppnade först kl 8. Åtminstone kl 7 borde det öppna.

The three night break away we needed..
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay at the Triton. Car parking simple and effective. Check in quick and helpful.. a big thank you to Maria on the reception who dealt with us.
Rooms spacious and very clean and comfortable. View over the beach outside the hotel itself and security wrist tags are given to access the hotel gates at pedestrian level.
There was also entertainment on in the bar area most nights for no additional cost.
The food quality and choice was one of the best we have experienced, both in the hotels restaurant and the brasserie.
Highly recommended and we will be back for sure.
