Really enjoyed Triton is a quality hotel in a great location

Cons:

Carpet in corridors,
Much easier with suitcases over tiles and carpet is an ideal breeding ground for bugs

Mais de 30 dias depois, continuo sem qualquer resposta às reclamações apresentadas sobre a indisponibilidade dos elevadores durante 2 das 4 noites e sobre as condições dos dois jantares incluídos.

Compreendo que imprevistos aconteçam, mas isso não justifica a falta de resposta e de consideração pelo cliente. Fiquei particularmente desiludido com o tratamento recebido por parte de alguns rececionistas.

É lamentável que, depois de uma estadia já condicionada por vários problemas, nem sequer tenha havido o cuidado de responder às reclamações apresentadas. Uma experiência que ficou muito aquém do que seria expectável. Esta foi a segunda vez que estive alojado no Hotel, com experiências completamente distintas, e tratamento por parte dos recursos humanos completamente diferentes, desta vez marcados pela negativa.

Great location, beach. Food was not great though.
Pros:

The location, facilities, the beach were amazing! People at the reception was very welcoming and hospitable.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant was super repetitive. Even if there was theme buffet, it seems that the theme buffet was not minimal. Some of the staffs were not very warm.

El servicio en el bar de la piscina dejaba mucho que desear con algunos camareros, tardaban en atenderte sin haber gran afluencia de gente, te veían y no te atendían, tardaban en servirte, cobraban por adelantado y luego tardaban en darte la vuelta incluso a ve es había que reclamarselo
