Locatie, rust in hotel, kamer en uitzicht.
Zwembad prima.
Onpersoonlijk, onvriendelijk en ongeinteresseerd personeel in restaurant, slechte service voor een 4* hotel. Veel te kleine douche, slecht afgewerkt (kitranden los) en oud versleten krukje in toilet. Kan echt niet.

Insects at pool meant couldn't sit out at pool ( early July 42 degrees).. not paradors fault obviously.
Had a teenager who got bored with old buildings!
The property with its history.spacious room with balcony and Mountain View’s.Check in quick we had dinner both evenings at the hotel and the food was excellent with great service .Helpful staff .
Wish there was more outside space for drinks .

Breakfast, which we declined, was expensive and the bar staff were not very friendly. Everything else was very good though so I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

El precio del desayuno, muy caro. Sale muchísimo más barato bajar al centro, meter el coche en un pàrquing y desayunar en cualquiera de los muchos lugares que hay. En general el restaurante es bastante mejorable.
Lovely room with balcony and breathtaking views over the valley
The restaurant was haphazard after waiting an eternity for our mains to arrive the waiter approached and asked if we wanted dessert. He was despatched to find the mains and they arrived a few minutes later barely warm.

La restauration n'est pas au niveau de ce que l'on pourrait attendre d'une chaîne de qualité : nous avons séjourné dans 3 paradors ( Antequera, Jaen , Ubeda ) lors de notre voyage et cessé d'y prendre nos repas dès la 2éme halte ( la carte affichée est exactement la même d'un parador à l'autre)
