Pros:

The staff were wonderful and helpful. Very clean and welcoming. Great location.
Staff couldn’t have done anything more to make our stay perfect

Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch und unappetitlich wie in einer Kantine!

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr dreckig und wenn man im Freien gegessen hat waren überall Tauben und Möwen unter und auf den Tischen!!!!
Geputzt oder abgeräumt wurde nicht .

For the price we paid we expected a little bit better
Cons:

The room was quite small and we didn't like the toilet separate from the bathroom.
The overall feeling of the hotel was that it used to be quite grand but is now very ordinary. 3 stars is about right but it gives the appearance of 4 star from the street.
We didn't like the idea of a terrace that was "shared". I don't know why they didn't fully enclose it which would have been sensible. All of the furniture could have been spread out. ASsd it happened the weather was o hot that we didn't sit out once because there was no shade. The was a sun umbrella but not effective. The pigeons and seagulls were a menace at breakfast but I think the hotel would find it difficult to prevent.

The gardens were beautiful and it was in a great position

Cons:

The hotel is a little tired, the staff were unfriendly and when I tried to change rooms the receptionist was very abrupt and unaccommodating.
