Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Atipik Hotel. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Annecy, where you can stroll through the charming narrow streets, enjoy the lovely cafés, browse local shops, and admire the beautiful churches. The lake is also just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

We stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings. The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

The hotel does not have an elevator, but this is clearly mentioned in advance, so it wasn't a surprise. We didn't try the breakfast, although it is available for guests.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Annecy.

1st room we had was noisy with something buzzing every 3 to 5 minutes. Next day we were moved and the room was of a higher quality and bigger. Too many stairs especially in the first room.

Pros:

Loved the overall feel of the hotel. Great location. Very good air con. Great cleaning staff and most of the front office staff very friendly.

Cons:

Not enough coat hangers (only 3 supplied for 2 people on a 5 night stay), and a kettle would have been good. 3 euros for a teabag from reception was a disappointment!

Die Lage an dem See von Annecy ist unschlagbar und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
Pros:

An der Rezeption waren stets nette Personen, die kompetent weiterhalfen. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum See und zur Innenstadt gleichermaßen sind besonders.

Cons:

An die beschränkte Zimmergröße musste man sich erst gewöhnen. Dafür sind sie klug aufgeteilt.
