Very high value for very modest price.
Pros:

Great location in the old town and a 5 minute walk from the train station
Very simple clean and small room but very well maintained and with air conditioning.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. For example I made my reservation accidentally for two people but I was traveling solo. At check in the clerk noticed and offered a lower rate.

Excellent value.

Cons:

No decaf coffee at breakfast.

Très bon séjour. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais l’escalier jusqu’au 3ème étage est facile á monter

Son emplacement à Annecy. Le double fenêtrage pour minimiser le bruit de la rue

Cons:

Un peu de manque d’entretien de la chambre avec traces de fuite climatisation, décollage papier pin et difficulté de fermer les volets du fait du double fenêtrage

Un super séjour !
Pros:

Je reviens dans cet hôtel pour la dernière fois et pas la dernière. Le personnel est charmant, compétent et disponible. La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle, la salle de bain nickel ! Petit déjeuner très varié à volonté. Je me suis régalée. Bref, j'ai encore passé un excellent séjour avec mon chien qui a eu encore plus de caresses du personnel par rapport à la dernière fois. Vraiment très heureuse de cet hôtel, je recommande à 100%
