Excellent hotel. Lovely friendly staff polite smartly dressed. Exceptionally spotlessly clean hotel. Good food lovely Spanish bar the drink prices were very reasonable not pricey.
Very good rooms all facing the Mediterranean fast lifts. Room cleaned daily clean bedding and linen very polite cleaning team. Very safe and secure hotel with it's own visible security team patrolling the hotel. Highly recommend the benikaktus hotel what a gem!

Location was great. Room had a lovely view. Overall, there were aspects of our stay that we enjoyed, but unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by the behaviour of some of the restaurant staff.
The most concerning issue was that my friend and I were repeatedly made to feel extremely uncomfortable by three members of staff working in the restaurant. On multiple occasions, they made loud sexual comments and noises directed towards us, particularly whenever we got up to collect food from the buffet. We felt as though we were constantly being watched whenever we walked around the restaurant, and their behaviour was obvious, intimidating and completely inappropriate.
On several occasions, my friend felt so uncomfortable that she didn't want to get up to collect her food, so I had to get it for her. We should never have been made to feel that way while simply trying to enjoy our meals.
I confronted one of the staff members about his behaviour, but instead of apologising or stopping, he laughed, made inappropriate hand gestures, continued making comments and noises, and then called over the other members of staff, who also became involved. Their behaviour left us feeling embarrassed, intimidated and unable to enjoy our meals comfortably.
Another incident that I found extremely upsetting occurred when I brought a drink into the restaurant. A member of staff came directly to our table, pointed at my drink and said, "No outside drinks." I immediately apologised, explained that I didn't realise this wasn't allowed, and moved the drink to one side of the table, making it clear that I would not be drinking it.
Despite this, I felt I was spoken to in a rude and disrespectful manner. Another member of staff was then brought over, and they proceeded to speak about me in Spanish while standing in front of me. I again explained that I wasn't drinking the drink and had moved it aside, but they took it away from the table and placed it near the restaurant entrance/reception area. The whole situation was completely unnecessary and left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated and intimidated in front of other guests.
Following these incidents, I raised my concerns with a member of staff at the restaurant reception desk. Rather than listening to my complaint or showing any understanding, they argued with me and appeared dismissive of what I was saying. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering any support, I was simply told to "go to the front desk." I left feeling that my complaint was not taken seriously at all.
To add to our disappointment, at no point during our stay did any member of staff come to our table to offer us drinks with our evening meal, despite us seeing this service offered to other guests around us. As our booking included both breakfast and dinner, we naturally assumed we would be able to order drinks during our evening meal. Instead of anyone politely explaining how the drinks service worked, the only interaction we had regarding drinks was the embarrassing incident described above.
Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome, respected and comfortable. Unfortunately, our experience in the restaurant was the complete opposite. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and that appropriate action is taken to ensure that no other guests are made to feel as uncomfortable, intimidated or disrespected as we were.

Sve je bilo izuzetno. Budjenje uz nestvarno lep pogled na more i Benidorm bilo je nezaboravno.lokacija je savršena , a hogojena na visokom nivou. Sobe su prostrane,udobne i veoma čiste.Posteljina je toliko udobna da imate osećaj kao da spavate na oblacima.Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno,profesionalno i uvek spremno da pomogne.Hrana je izuzetno raznovrsna,sveža i ujusna,sa odličnim izvorom jela za svačiji ukus.Osećali smo se opušteno i dobrodošlo tokom celog boravka. Rado ćemo se vratiti i toplo preporučujemo ovaj smeštaj svima koji dolaze u Benidorm.

Me encanto la vista al mar desde las habitaciones era algo espectacular. La distancia al mar era una pasada. Y el servicio,la limpieza,la amabilidad fue algo increíble. Por mi tienen 10

La comida la calidad y variedad era inmejorable. El personal muy educado y agradable. Hay personas que no olvidaremos!
La ubicación está genial.
Habitación con aire acondicionado y todo el hotel y habitaciones muy limpio.

Fantastic location, staff cannot do enough for you incredibly helpful and genuinely wonderful. Fantastic rooms, food and overall very enjoyable stay. Re booked for December 2026, thoroughly recommend this hotel we won't be staying anywhere else when in Benidorm simply wonderful
