Esta muy cerca de la playa pero esta retirado de la zona del ambiente de benidorm...el chico q nos ayudo a guardar las maletas fue muy agradable y nos facilito mucho la entrada al hotel

Cons:

La llave para abrir la piscina no m funcionaba y m vine sin q funcionara..había una gotera en la habitación y la persona de mantenimiento fue muy desagradable...

BUENA UBICACION UNA PENA LO DE MAS.

La habitacion y la limpieza. El personal de animacion.

Cons:

Realmente hay que dar un notable al jefe de recursos humanos, ya que es dificil encontrar a tanta gente para trabajar que todos sean igual de antipaticos y con poca empatia hacia ciertos clientes mayores.
