Perfect way to end our Camino journey!
Pros:

The location to the cathedral was perfect. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The common area were nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff were great and friendly. And great breakfast too.

Overpriced and not happy with construction site room, as my view.
Pros:

I have to say, after my recent parador review just recently, on the Camino, I was hoping this one was going to blow me away.but alas no.

The place is beautiful. Historic. Great location.

Our view was directly on a construction site.
We finish the Camino. So excited to be at the parador. Want to rest and relax, the room is so damn stuffy, we have to open the window, and all you hear are workers, and we are directly above their site.
I honestly can NOT believe they put someone in this room for this price.

This is now the second horrible experience we have had with a Parador.

However. Expensive for what it is, and hotel has no amenities.
Room is dated.
Bathtub and shower are death traps, so slippery, and floor.
Room was too hot.
Bed and sheets comfy.
Breakfast ok, coffee terrible. Warm hot churros were old.

This hotel is name only. It’s overpriced. Totally.

Historic luxury.
Pros:

Staff were outstanding. Very friendly, but also efficient and very helpful. This includes the staff at reception, concierge, breakfast and in the bar. Everyone did a great job and had a very good attitude.

It was all excellent

Lovely location but the hotel is very expensive and not all that special, so not good value for money.
Pros:

Central location, great breakfast

Cons:

The room was very cold and although we raised this twice with the staff, nothing was done about it. No spare blankets available. Tea and coffee not replaced even when requested.

Perfect
Pros:

Never Uber or Bolt was needed because of central location. Everything within walking distance and the dinner and breakfast plan is perfect. Beautiful historic hotel

Cons:

Nothing against these mass tourism companies but when you spend money as an independent traveler and a bus not a boat from Viking pulls in with 100 folks. It loses some of the charm. The folks came were loud and demanding on the staff

Pros:

This was our closing night following walking the Camino. This iconic location, right next to the Cathedral, was beautiful beyond belief. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by staff and after check in we were walked to our room. Our room was large, the bathroom was amazing, and everything top! We had set up both dinner and breakfast with our reservation, and we amazed with both. Can't wait to come back!

Cons:

Nothing could have been better.
