A great place to enjoy Anacapri
Pros:

The hotel is located walking distance to Anacapri which is a very charming town with lots of restaurants and and little shops. The hotel is a charming family run hotel where nothing is to much to ask. Rita and her team makes the stay very special. Breakfast has a good selection of things and the Poole area is perfect for some relaxation

Cons:

The beds are a bit hard but this was fixed with a mattress topper

Un séjour ressourçant et calme
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable ! Ils parlaient français, le chauffeur nous a approché des arrêts de bus les plus proches pour poursuivre nos trajets. L'hôtel est très calme et agréable, et le petit déjeuner est superbe !

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'équipement dans la chambre, il manquait du shampooing par exemple. Le sèche cheveux n'était pas super.

Pros:

Rita and her team were fantastic. This is a beautiful small hotel with a lovely pool and terrace. Rita provided so much useful information and recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend staying in Anacapri and would highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect for us.

El establecimiento parecía muy lindo, nos hubiese encantado aprovechar de su piscina.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, no nos dejaron aprovechar de la piscina. Llegamos el 3 por la noche para hacer el check in, y nos íbamos el 4 por la tarde. Por lo que le pedí con amabilidad a la recepcionista del hotel si nos podría dejar quedarnos hasta las 3 de la tarde, dado que teníamos el ferry tarde y era un día de mucho calor. Sin embargo, nos echó del hotel de mala manera por ya haber hecho el check out, cuando en su momento me manifestó que no habría problemas. La verdad que por haber pagado 180 euros y que por un par de horas no nos deje estar tranquilos en el hotel habiendo sido huéspedes me pareció ridículo. Muy desprolijo.
El sistema de aire acondicionado del hotel es malo, hace mucho calor en las habitaciones.

Cheaper than other accommodation in Capri, but still too expensive for what you are getting. Generally - not bad.
Pros:

Good breakfast, driver picked us up in the city center, people were very nice to us and provided a lot of information about Island, gave us many advice. Free parking for a scooter. Helped us over the WhatsApp and explained where to go, very responsive. We complained about the AC leaking in the room, the fixed quite fast.

Cons:

Room facilities were quite outdated, everything looks old. Walking to the city can be quite challenging if you are wearing heels or just too tired, took around 15 minutes, so location is not the best. Uncomfortable bed. Price / value is quite questionable, you cannot charge this much for these facilities and old room, but I guess it’s just thd Capri prices.
