COMO LES HE DICHO A ELLOS AL DEJAR EL HOTEL "Il sogiorno è stato veramente piacevole"
Pros:

El desayuno ha sido muy correcto. Pero lo mejor ha sido el staff, tanto Giacomo como su compañero, amabilísimos y siempre con disposición a ayudar y mostrando entusiasmo y sonriendo, algo que como profesional del turismo, gran viajera y conocedora de muchos hoteles, he apreciado muchísimo. Verdaderamente tengo que decir que han sido encantadores. En definitiva calidad/precio muy bueno.

Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile.
Pulizia della camera eccellente. La colazione potrebbe essere gestita meglio per essere un 3 stelle, però nel complesso gradevole.

Cons:

Hotel “fatiscente” che non rispecchia le fotografie pubblicate su Facebook.
Le spine dei comodini erano malferme e non reggevano neppure il caricabatterie del cellulare.
Il bagno pulito si, ma la doccia con una delle porte scorrevoli che non chiudeva e si un soggiorno di 2 notti., sono state messe 2 bustine piccolissime di bagnoschiuma e quella utilizzata la sera dell’arrivo non è neppure stata sostituita.
Non è’ stato possibile aprire le imposte della camera, poiché affacciava su un terrazzo comune a tutto l’hotel, cosa non proprio “ad hoc”.
Il problema maggiore è il parcheggio!!! Il primo non a pagamento e’ a quasi 10 minuti a piedi, e questo non viene messo in evidenza sulla piattaforma!!!

Great stay
Pros:

The owner and his colleague were exemplary. Very friendly and helpful. Kept in touch as our plane was delayed and we had a late check in. The rooms are very spacious and we were lucky to have a balcony on which to have our morning coffee. Also 5/10 walk to the train station for Firenze and Lucca. Beds comfy too. I would stay again if on the area.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Rooms exceptionally clean. Great location and quiet as we had rooms not facing the street. Staff really helpful. Only downside was the breakfasts which, although serving a good variety of food, were not great quality.

A very comfortable stay in Montecatini
Pros:

Great hotel, well located in the centre of town. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the terrace outside our room was lovely for outdoor relaxation. The proprietors are really kind and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. They provide lots of helpful information and made our stay very pleasant.

Expected not much due to the price but was pleasantly surprised. Great value for money and ideal base for travel to Pisa

Hotel mit Charme in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Man ist fünf Gehminuten von allem Wesentlichen in Montecatini Terme entfernt. Das Hotel ist so charaktervoll und sehr sauber.
Die Herren sind charmant und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Danke nochmal Signor Lucca für die praktische Hilfe!

Cena kvalita naprosto uspokojive. Velmi pohodlna postel, hotel pusobi velmi sympatickým dojmem. Personal mily a usmevavy, clovek se tady citi od prvni chvile vitany. Kdykoliv se sem radi vratime.

Soggiorno impeccabile. Essendo vicino alla stazione si raggiunge facilmente Firenze e quindi si evita di pagare tantissi

Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera era pulitissima ed era disponibile l’aria condizionata. Inoltre la posizione è eccellente, vicina alla stazione di Montecatini Centro e vicina al centro. Servizio di asciugamani completo, pulito e con tanti asciugamani a disposizione.

Cons:

Si sente il rumore proveniente dalle altre camere però noi siamo stati fortunati perché abbiamo trovato persone rispettose quindi è una cosa che non ci ha infastidito o dato problemi.
