This was a great property for a very short stay.
Pros:

The location was really good and the staff were fabulous. But our room smelled like cigar smoke and the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the temperature blue light was so bright in the night we had to put towels over our head. We really appreciated the staff and the breakfast had great variety, even lactose free milk for me.

Cons:

The smell of cigar smoke in the room, and the bathroom door not closing all the way and the blue light from the temperature was right in my eyes, and the air conditioner was very loud. But we were happy to have one.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nicht in Sirmione, sondern in Colombare; ein Fußmarsch von 40 Minuten oder ein Shuttle-Bus entfernt von der Altstadt und dem Fähranleger von Sirmione. Zugang zum See mit Liegewiese etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. Kleines Hotel mit sehr modernen und sehr schönen Zimmern mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Zimmer im ersten Stock haben einen sehr großen Balkon. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr üppiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr preis- und empfehlenswert. Mit langer Vorsusbuchungsfristvauch günstig.

Nix zu meckern.

The hospitality compared to the price was extremely satisfying — honestly, beyond expectations. At reception, a very kind young man checked us in, with such a positive vibe. We had just arrived after a long trip and I was very tired, but he gave me so much positive energy. I’m sorry I didn’t remember his name.

The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary. The location is perfect, only a 10-minute walk to Lake Garda. The parking area is away from the main street, which is perfect for those arriving by car.

They also have a beautifully arranged garden, and I truly enjoyed this accommodation. I highly recommend it.

Tea, coffee, and biscuits are available for free 24/7 — honestly, that’s amazing for Italy. I will definitely return next season.

Staff molto cordiale. Posizione perfetta per arrivare al centro storico
Pros:

Posizione comodissima per prendere i bus che portano verso il centro di Sirmione e verso la stazione ferroviaria. Zona tranquilla e ben fornita di supermercato, negozietti, bar.
Stanza confortevole, il balcone è fantastico per godersi un caffè all'aperto, e comodo per mettere ad asciugare il costume dopo una giornata passata alle terme o alle spiagge.
L'intero staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile

Cons:

La stanza è un po' piccolina per riporre bene le proprie cose, c'è un mobile a scaffali aperto
