Pros:

Friendly and welcoming reception. We had a nice, clean room (205). The main reason for the rating, however, there was a long, black hair under ny bedsheet and although I assume the sheet was perfectly clean, there was a tiny spot on it.
Plentiful breakfast.
We really appreciate the luggage hold.
Wondeful location.

Labai arti miesto centro, paslaugus personalas. Pusryčiai kuklesni, tačiau pasirinkimas yra. Lovos ir patalynė patogios, kambarių tvarkymas geras.

Cons:

sehr kleines Zimmer, heiß, da ohne Aussenverschattung oder Klimaanlage. Bei offenen Fenstern recht laut.

Very nice old-school vienna vibe in a central location
Pros:

Very nice classic hotel. It gives you an old-school vibe of vienna. Loved the traditional elevator. Staff is friendly and location perfect.

Cons:

Not so much variety for breakfast and I'd prefer more frequent room cleaning with a change in shower gels

Pros:

La situación era muy buena pudimos ir caminando a todos sitios. El personal del hotel en general muy simpático. En general estaba limpio. Lo mejor el buffet del desayuno, increíble y siempre reponiendo de todo.

Cons:

Nadie del personal hablaba español (ni siquiera para saludar). La habitación era pequeña y las paredes necesitan una mano de pintura. El día que decidimos poner a lavar las toallas, nos las repusieron por 4 pequeñas. Esto último es lo que realmente le quita una estrella.Bueno y el baño que era muy muy antiguo y la taza por ejemplo tenía el fondo negro.

Pros:

Lovely olde world hotel,very helpful staff,nice breakfast good location with excellent transport links to centre of city.

Cons:

No air conditioning,there was a fan in room,but not ideal in a heatwave,but i dont want to be at all critical because we had a lovely time.
