Second time at the hotel and there is no doubt there will be a third time
Pros:

The staff at the reception and the room food are outstanding, the location is excellent

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old, wall-to-wall carpets, old design, there are stairs to the elevator.

If you want a perfect location, clean,quiet room and comfortable bed, stay here.
Pros:

It was at a great location. A five min walk to Marienplatz. The S train was just to the left of hotel. The room was clean, roomy and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay when in Munich!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great corner location near major metro, restaurants and retail, wonderful customer service and very clean. The included breakfast was excellent with wonderful options to choose from and housekeeping was excellent!

Cons:

From the lobby to the elevator, there are 4-5 stairs with no ramp or wheelchair access. For older individuals with large suitcases, it can be challenging.

A great experience, refreshing change of pace from a beach and bar vacation. I highly recommend it!

The location was perfect for us. It was close to Marienplatz, easy to find, and convenient when using the trams and trains. The free breakfast featured amazing croissants, fresh cheeses, scrambled eggs, and a variety of pastries. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Munich.

Great location, I would stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating with an early check in. Also, they immediately addressed an issue I had with the mini bar, as it was not cooling. Fantastic location far enough away from the noise. entertainment in lounge was complimentary for Hotel guests @ 20 EU per head for non-guests. the property is immaculately clean.

Cons:

I didn't like that we were charged a premium for parking our vehicles at the Hotel property. There's not much more to dislike about this property.
