We really liked this hotel
Pros:

Room was very pleasant and calm. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect. Breakfast had a great selection, and a very pleasant breakfast room.

Cons:

Our shower water temperature went from hot to cold quite a bit during a shower.

Pros:

La camera era spaziosa, pulita, dotata di tutte le comodità, lo staff molto gentile. Ogni volta che riassettavano la camera ci facevano trovare dei dolcetti sul cuscino, un piccolo gesto molto apprezzato. La posizione è molto comoda.

Cons:

L’unico piccolo problema è la porta del bagno che non si può chiudere a chiave e rimane leggermente aperta rendendo difficile avere un po’ di privacy.

Nära till allt där det händer. Bra egen parkering med laddmöjligheter. Sköna sängar. Bra frukost och mycket trevlig personal.

Great Hotel fantastic central location
Pros:

Great Hotel within walking distance of everything. Access to the train station is across the street from the hotel. We walked everywhere including the amazing park with the stream running through it and the surfers! Lots of bars, cafes and places to eat nearby. The hotel service was excellent and the breakfasts were amazing sitting on the balcony looking over the main street.
We also did the castle tours which we would highly recommend, pick up point was only a 15 minute walk away.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Would highly recommend and would stay again if I’m in Munich.
Pros:

Perfect walking location for public transportation, shopping, all attractions. Employees were all extremely accommodating and interested in helping if ever needed.

Gute Lage Innenstadt, gutes Frühstück, schöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Nur wenige Parkplätze vorm Hotel, aber auch Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Great location!
Pros:

Location was excellent! Clean & quiet rooms.

Cons:

-Facilities and rooms were not what we thought when we originally booked, months before!
-We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 noon, after a ten-hour plane journey, to find that our room was not ready. This was ok with us as we were assured that they would contact us when our room was available, they did not.
-On arriving back at the hotel, we were told that our five large suitcases were placed in our room, great we thought!
-Imagine our dismay to find that we had been given a tiny room with even smaller than average twin beds (2'6")
-I called down to reception to ask if we could be moved but was informed that they had nothing available...
-Upsetting start to our vacation...But I persevered and they eventually moved us, the next day, to the room that we originally booked.
- The website also stated that there was a restaurant at the hotel, which we could see, and room service, but there was no evening dining, so I suspect that room service was limited.
