Nice old style parador in wonderful location with some potential to improve some services

Beautiful building and spectacular setting

Cons:

Spartan rooms. Zero facilities - no kettle, robes, slippers etc. Very monastic feel not befitting the price band. Very mediocre breakfast with zero explanation on how the buffet worked. Check in staff were unengaged and very indifferent with no attempt to make you feel welcome.

Beautiful parador and great views. Sun rise and sun set from the pool area atr spectacular. Very relaxing veranda to sit and drink on the evening. Would definitely stay again! Thankyou gor making our stay so magical.

Lovely hotel overall, but had its holes. Loved the view, pool, and quiet. A bit overpriced for the experience.

Utter disappointment.
Pros:

The location was excellent with beautiful views. The room was comfortable, although I expected more from a superior room in a hotel of this price range. Breakfast had a great selection.

Cons:

The staff members were some of the rudest I have come across in my entire life. From checking in to checking out we were treated with utter disdain. Management has some work to do on employee satisfaction, clearly. Not even a bottle of complimentary water in the room. A huge disappointment, overall. i will not stay at a Parador again.

Amazing location and a wonderful place to get away from it all
Pros:

Amazing property. Very comfortable and the food is just fantastic. The location is obviously beautiful and the historical aspect is unparalleled. Great spot to rest while walking the Camino. They let me check in early and what I loved very much, is that I would find little sitting areas throughout the property where I could read or just sit. Many times I was the only person in this area. The terrace in the salon was a hidden gem!
