La ubicación y el trato del personal

Cons:

Celíacos: En la zona del bufet echo en falta un espacio apartado para celíacos, pues la gente que no tiene esta enfermedad no está suficientemente concienciada; por ejemplo vi usar la misma cuchara para servir platos con gluten y sin, gente que cuando se echaba el tomate en el pan lo tocaba, gente que se servía con el panecillo en la mano, etc. En resumen: la contaminación cruzada es más que probable.
Importante también: una tostadora independiente para la gente que come sin gluten.
Lactosa: También soy intolerante a la lactosa y creo que no cuesta nada tener algún yogur sin lactosa o hacer un postre sin lactosa (simplemente es cambiar la leche que se usa, todo lo demás es igual).
La suerte es que el personal está siempre dispuesto a ayudar en este aspecto.
Maletas: En la sala para dejar las maletas no había suficiente espacio.
