disappointing, let down, tiring, frustrating
Pros:

we asked for 4 single bed and on arrival at check in that morning we were told we had this. we were traveling as carers for 2 children with additional needs we couldnt share beds. when we got our room it was 2 double beds. we went to reception and asked to change rooms, we got told we couldnt, asked for additional room so we didnt have to share again told we couldnt and no rooms available. we then had to sleep on the floor that night. we checked for flights home but these were too expensive and the kids would have been heartbroken. we put an email in to the hotel also. we then had to go get blow up lilos to sleep on for the rest of the trip. we got a reply a few days later saying we could upgrade but only had 3 nights left so was pointless. also said they had been phoning our room to which we didnt have a working phone

we were told we had the beds , then we didnt and then we couldnt add or upgrade. to then after an email and days later reply told we can upgrade but we only had 3 nights left. we have stayed here 4 consecutive years and this is by far the worst stay we have had, with the room, the restaurant lunched even meals were repetitive the drinks menu was very watered down to previous years

I got the panoramic view room, and it was like waking up in the morning with feeling in haven🏝🏖🏞 it was well worth it 😃
