Una estancia muy agradable.
Pros:

Suelo alojarme en este hotel cuando voy a Bilbao.
Lo que más me gusta es que es un hotel de verdad, con su recepción 24 horas y un personal que vale su peso en oro.
La cama es muy cómoda.

La ubicación excelente, el parking deberían haber avisado antes los de Booking y el personal también excelentes y agradables

Cons:

Las almohadas parecían pañuelos de papel, la colcha durísima y el colchón un horror porque se nos clavaban los muelles

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse dans une rue calme. Des commerces à proximité, la gare est à 10 mn à pied. Personne à l'accueil de bon conseil pour éviter les rues les moins agréables pour rejoindre la vieille ville à pied.

Cons:

Ne pas hésiter à prendre le parking de l'hôtel à 19€ car le parking souterrain d'à côté est plus cher :(

la gentillesse du personnel en charge de la réception. L emplacement de l hotel et le parking dans l hotel.

Cons:

A éviter la chambre 115 et 215 situées à côté de l ascenseur. Nous avions la chambre 215... C était
particulièrement bruyant....

No lo recomiendo. Las fotos son engañosas

El personal amable.

Cons:

Qué no os engañen las fotos. Las habitaciones son de los años 70, sin renovación. El lavabo antiguo, defectuoso, no salía agua caliente ni queriendo. La ducha tenía pérdidas, no caía apenas agua.
Las plazas de garaje enanas.
El peor hotel donde nos hemos alojado nunca. No lo recomiendo, además es caro.

Het was er erg vies, op de muren zaten allerlei vlekken. Er was geen ventilatie in de badkamer waardoor alles nat werd inclusief de hotelkamer die erg vochtig bleef.
