A thin walled, toilet noise horror show
Pros:

Very pleasant staff.

Cons:

In most bedrooms your bathroom is part of your own room but the idiot who designed the room layout here decided to have the toilet of the room next door in my room so it is positioned right next to the bed.
This meant my toilet was effectively in the room next door next to the bed and so on.
Bad enough with decent sound proofing, but in this case you can hear everything, and I mean everything, that is happening.
Absolutely hopeless!!

Pros:

The staff was very polite and friendly, always willing to help and support.

Cons:

The rooms need definitely renovation. You can hear all sounds from the other rooms, we could not sleep because we were hearing the neighbours talking until late, in the middle of the night wake up from the sound of the flashing in the neighbour's toilet. They should do something about that. The price is too expensive for this two star hotel, but I assume that the hotels in Bilbao are generally too expensive compared to other European cities which really can't understand why. We have travelled in more than 30 countries around Europe and it 8s the first time we pay such a big price for a two star hotel. Really not worth it.
