Good hotel for a stop-over on the road to Portugal
Pros:

Quiet room, despite the proximity of the highway. Good breakfast and large private parking. Perfect for a stop-over on the road to Portugal. Excellent charger on the parking for our electric car.

A good place to stop north-south of Spain
Pros:

I like to option to choose at will between the cafeteria and the restaurant. It's also great to be able to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine,

Cons:

Its a bit sad that the room balcony is so close to the main autoroute. The noise is not pleasant.

Gut für die Durchreise.
Pros:

Frühstück war OK, gut, besser als in anderen Paradors-Hotels.
Personal war durchgehend freundlich.
Ausreichende Parkplätze waren vorhanden.

Cons:

Duschen in der Badewanne ist für „ältere Semester“ ein Wagnis. Wir verzichteten darauf.

This was a nice place to stop on the way from Sevilla to Madrid before getting our flight home.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. We loved to see that this parador was similar to a US roadside motel, but a lot fancier with a sturdy structure and interesting architecture.

Cons:

A lover of gazpacho and other cold soups, I tried their garlic soup at dinner, and I didn't like it at all. The restaurant staff, for some reason, was not as friendly as the staff we met at the other paradors and many restaurants on our stay in Spain.

Easy to find with a good amount of parking, rooms comfortable
Pros:

Lots of space to walk our dogs, on the lead. Liked the property and would stay there again

Very comfortable overnight stop
Pros:

The property was airy and light and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the swimming pool was exceptional.

Cons:

Close proximity to the motorway, but you couldn’t hear any noise inside the parador.

A wonderful "oasis" of a hotel in central Spain. A truly welcome respite after a long drive.
Pros:

This is the perfect hotel for a stop-over whist driving the length of Spain from the UK. Not that it wouldn't be for a longer stay either. A wonderful "oasis" within a very arid region, complete with a truly luxurious swimming pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, complete with a balcony projection with table and chairs to privately enjoy the views of the grounds which are enormous and very pretty. Staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. We chose to eat in the bar/café facility rather than the restaurant, where an all-day menu is available in the former and had the most incredible Iberian ham, egg and chips! On our overnight stop list next year for sure! For other's, with regard to the pool, as we understand it, this is only open during the summer season given the law requiring a permanent on-site lifeguard.

Cons:

We found nothing that would warrant any negative comment. A super hotel.

Pros:

J'ai le sentiment de ne pas avoir eu la chambre espérée. Bien sûr le cadre est magnifique. Juste à côté de l'autoroute.

Cons:

Eu égard au "standing" annoncé tout apparaît moyen ... sauf l'environnement
