Lovely convent definitely recommend except the evening meal

BUEN PARADOR "CLASICO"

todo bien y el patio interior para las cenas excelente y la piscina.

Cons:

todo bien, aunque el baño era justo y tenia una bañera de hace años y para ciertas personas es incomodo y tal vez faltaba algo de personal.

He pagado una estancia de la que no pude disfrutar por motivos de salud. Aporté explicaciones y solicité una excepción razonable, pero el establecimiento decidió mantener el cargo íntegro sin ofrecer ninguna alternativa.

Legalmente puede que tengan derecho a hacerlo según las condiciones de la reserva, pero desde el punto de vista de la atención al cliente me ha parecido una actuación muy poco empática. La sensación final es haber pagado por una habitación en la que nunca llegué a alojarme.

No recomendaría este establecimiento a quienes valoren la flexibilidad y la comprensión ante situaciones imprevistas.
