Tener que aguantar el olor de los desagües de los baños de la habitación.
No tener espacio a un lado de la cama matrimonial ni mesilla.
No poder tener en coche en el parking del Hotel. y tener que aparcar en un parking cercano. No hay un previo aviso del tamaño de las plazas de garaje.

Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación limpia y ubicación.

Cons:

Esvogí este hotal porque se suponía que había parking, cuando llegamos nos dicen que no. Que existe pero es muy dificil entrar y mejor vaya al parking público de pago. Por ello es información engañosa. Luego pasamos frío, la calefacción no funcionaba y no habían mantas en la habitación. Tuvimos que bajar a pedirlas.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Real de Toledo tuvo aspectos muy positivos y otros claramente mejorables. La ubicación es estupenda, perfecta para recorrer Toledo a pie, y las camas son muy cómodas, lo que permitió descansar muy bien. Además, el personal de recepción fue amable y atento en todo momento.

Sin embargo, no podemos decir lo mismo del responsable de cafetería. Al acudir al desayuno, nos indicó de forma poco respetuosa que “las indicaciones estaban por todas partes” y que el desayuno no empezaba hasta las 10:00, cuando sinceramente no vimos ninguna señalización al respecto.

Finalmente decidimos desayunar junto a Puerta Bisagra, donde nos atendieron mucho mejor y además resultó más económico.
