Pros:

Das gesamte Personal in diesem Haus ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach toll. Liebe Grüße an Isabel an der Rezeption an dieser Stelle :)
Das Essen war jeden Tag unglaublich lecker und abwechslungsreich. Da ich eine Histaminintoleranz habe, ist die Zusammenstellung am Buffet für mich geeigneter als à la Carte. Bis auf einen Abend habe ich auch alle Essen gut vertragen (auch mithilfe einer Tablette vor dem Essen). Man bekommt am ersten Abend einen Tisch zugewiesen, diesen hat man dann den gesamten Aufenthalt. Das System kannte ich bisher nicht, habe aber festgestellt, dass ich es sehr mochte.
Das Zimmer bietet alles, was man benötigt, das Badezimmer mochte ich persönlich sehr. Der Balkon bietet eine kleine Möglichkeit, seine Wäsche zu trocknen.
Es gab ein Handtuch für Pool und Strand pro Person vom Hotel für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes. Möchte man dieses gewechselt haben, kostet es 2,- Euro.
Ich habe alle 2 Tage auf die Reinigung verzichtet, was mir ein Getränkeguthaben gebracht hat, sodass ich am Ende keine Getränke zahlen musste.
Natürlich muss man noch die Lage erwähnen! Nah an der Busstation, von der man gut in die Altstadt kommt, direkt aber auch zum Flughafen oder nach Palma oder auch Cala Ratjada (alles ohne Umsteigen). Weiterhin läuft man nur ca. 3 Minuten zum Strand, noch weniger zu den Minimärkten, die es auf Mallorca überall gibt. In ca. 8 Gehminuten ist man im nächsten Eroski, wo man sich mit einem größeren Einkauf (z.B. günstigere Getränke, Sonnenspray) eindecken kann. Mit dem Bus in die Altstadt gefahren findet man dort einen Mercadona, in dem man noch günstiger einkaufen kann.
Ich hatte während meines Aufenthaltes Geburtstag und das Hotel hat sich an diesem Tag besonders Mühe gegeben. Eine kleine Kerze auf meinen Tisch im Restaurant, am Abend war er bunt geschmückt und in meinem Zimmer erwartete mich eine Überraschung <3

Cons:

Das Bett war mir ein klein wenig zu hart, was mich in den ersten Nächten schlechter schlafen ließ, dennoch war ich vollständig erholt nach einer Woche Aufenthalt. Da dies aber persönlich individuell zu beurteilen ist, würde ich dies nicht als negativen Punkt werten. (Ich hatte nur bei den positiven Punkten keinen Platz mehr :D )

Enjoyable enough
Pros:

The amenities are great- lots of sitting areas to relax, spa, gym, etc Towels to use for the pool or beach.
Offer a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

No provision in the room for tea and coffee which is not okay.
I booked this via booking.com and especially because it said “Breakfast included’. For me that is the most important thing when I travel. But on arrival, I found out the £710 was for room only. This meant extra cost for us to cover breakfast every morning. I was not expecting that. So I was disappointed.

Ein tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Essen herrlich gut! Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme wieder.

Minden szuper volt.
Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű hotel, szinte előtte a buszmegálló és a legtöbb program is indul innen. A strand 2 perc. Tisztaság, ételek nagyon rendben vannak, a személyzet kedves és türelmes. Ár/érték arányban nagyon jó választás volt. Mindennel elégedett voltam, újra ezt választanám. Köszönöm. :)

La literie est confortable et la chambre est propre. Les services proposés par l’hôtel sont également très appréciables.

Les buffets sont assez décevants, avec une qualité de nourriture plutôt moyenne et peu de choix réellement savoureux.

L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre d’Alcúdia, mais une station de bus se trouve juste à côté, ce qui facilite les déplacements. La plage est également accessible à proximité.

Pros:

4 nuits en pdj. Réceptionniste femme, très souriante, efficace,très disponible tout au long du séjour pour la moindre question. Emplacement très bien : à 3 minutes à pied de la très belle plage. Parking voiture gratuit. Un vaste choix de restauration au pied de l'hôtel. Chambre au standard plus d'un 4*: grande bien équipée avec grand balcon au 5e étage pour moi. Belle vue dégagée donnant sur une piscine. La salle du petit déjeuner est vaste et très agréable. Le choix est vraiment top et la qualité au rendez vous. Le restaurant piscine et son bar sont très bien. Il y a 3 piscines. L'ensemble du personnel est nickel et surtout très agréable et souriant.
Une adresse à retenir et à découvrir.
