Pros:

Food, view and some staff

Cons:

Room cleaning, maid forgot to top up complimentary water, some of the cleaning below standard. Not much to do in that town.

A wonderful stay with an unbeatable location, excellent breakfast, and genuinely friendly staff.
Pros:

We had a great stay! The breakfast had an amazing variety of food, so there was something for everyone. The location is absolutely fantastic — simply incredible and very convenient. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming.

Overall, a wonderful experience. We’d be happy to stay here again!

Cons:

The only thing I wasn’t particularly happy with was the gym. The exercise mats are quite old and unfortunately not very clean, so I think this is an area that could definitely be improved.

On the other hand, the cold, damp towels kept in the fridge are such a fantastic touch — absolutely amazing after a workout! I really loved this idea.

Overall, the gym has some great features, but the equipment and mats could use some updating and improvement.

Lovely comfortable stay in a beautiful location
Pros:

The staff were superb and very accommodating. Very friendly and very helpful.
There was always fruit at the reception which was a nice touch.
Valet parking was free.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection.
The rooms were lovely and we had a great view of the sea.
The location was great - beautiful surroundings.

Cons:

There were only 2 hydraulic lifts and were a little slow.

Piękne widoki, bardzo wygodny i funkcjonalny pokój.

Cons:

Niestety śniadanie nie było zachwycające. Poza tym, po wyjściu ze śniadania wszystkie ubrania nadają się do prania - brak prawidłowej wentylacji sprawia, że wszystko jest przesiąknięte zapachem jedzenia.
Kolacja - niestety tutaj też nie polecam. Za taką opłatę oferta powinna być bardziej rozbudowana a i jedzenie powinno być wyższej jakości.

Unreal location
Pros:

Location is unreal - the public beach in front of the hotel is unmatched while you have stunning views from rooms - stunning crystal clear water
Beds comfy.
Breakfast was exceptional

Cons:

For a 5-star hotel, facilities and activities were lacking compared to what I was expecting - spa is relatively small, single pool area that is not very big and only one tennis court.
Staff attention to detail can improve.
