A very comfortable stay in an attractive but somewhat isolated location.
Pros:

A very modern and comfortable beachfront hotel in a gorgeous setting. All staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Excellent local bus service with connections in Puerto Pollensa.

Cons:

The quality of catering did not match up to the hotel’s five star rating and there are very few opportunities to dine out in Cala St Vicente.

The beautiful view overlooking the beach and crystal-clear water was simply unforgettable.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, with beautiful scenery, a great beach, and several local restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was disappointing in terms of bandwidth and speed. I was also unable to connect my iPad, even with assistance from the hotel’s IT support team. For a five-star hotel, this is an issue that should be resolved easily, as it creates unnecessary frustration for guests.

Perfect stay with a combination of sun, great food and perfect service.
Pros:

Perfect number of sunbeds for the people staying. Never felt crowded. Fantastic food. Staff amazing.

Niesamowita lokalizacja, piękny widok z pokoju. Jedzenie petarda - kolacje są rewelacyjne. Personel - na wysokim poziomie. Ludzie bardzo mili, pomocni, otwarci, uśmiechnięci. Aż było żal wyjeżdżać. Polecam ogromnie. Planuję wrócić zdecydowanie.

że trzeba płacić dodatkowo za napoje - kawę i wodę.
