Location in front of sea
Facilities, food and room size do not match a 5 star quality. It is overpriced and, although hotel was objectively pleasant, it did not match our expectations of a 5 star hotel for the much higher price compared to similar hotels in ibiza this time. What annoyed us most is that 3 times we had our personal stuff removed by the beach attendant and as a result material lost while we went to eat something at the hotel. The beach attendant comes late so there is no possibility to reserve early and have the peace of mind that personal material will not be displaced. We came specifically to be able to reserve and pay for deckchairs and umbrella and spend a day by the beach, but this was not only not possible but we also had our stuff removed by the beach attendant and chairs given to others. Although we reported this to the hotel, there was no gesture to try to give us a solution even if they have direct contact with the beach attendant.
Das das Hotel direkt am Strand war, Service war sehr gut und die Leute waren sehr freundlich.
Abendessen war auch sehr lecker. Frühstück war okay aber vieles sah so aus als wäre es vorm Vortag.
Zimmer viel zu kleine, war auch nicht zu 100 % sauber. Auch die Qualität eines 5 Sterne Hotels hat uns hier gefehlt. Im Frühstücks Bereich war es auch nicht so sauber.
Es gibt keinen Parkplatz vor der Tür aber der Concierge hat unseren Wagen zu deren Parkplatz gefahren das war gut. Für uns zählt Sauberkeit zum wichtigsten bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel und das hat uns hier gefehlt.
Auch die Flure hätten eine Klimaanlage gebraucht es war so Stickig und heiß das man es da kaum ausgehalten hat.
Und was total genervt hat, die liegen am Pool waren zu 80 % morgens schon reserviert OBWOHL dort klar steht das man es nicht darf, das Personal hat aber kein einziges Mal die Handtücher weg geräumt.
Sowas hätte von den Mitarbeitern konsequenter umgesetzt werden. Ich versteh die Leute auch nicht die sowas machen, jeder soll erst hingehen wenn man sich hinlegen möchte. Es ist für uns eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel statt 5 Sterne.

Wunderschönes Hotel an traumhafter Lage, super Frühstück. ACHTUNG: Die Bank der Hotelgruppe verrechnet einen horrenden Wechselkurs, daher auch mit Karte unbedingt immer in Euro bezahlen. Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, obwohl dieses Problem dem Hotelpersonal bekannt ist, und haben daher über 150.- Euro zuviel bezahlt.

Not enough parasols by the pool
The staff is really nice, excellent problem solving skills. The hotel is calming and offer great food options, beach with sunbeads and pool.

Die ruhige Lage, der aussergewöhnlich herzliche Service und die Liebe zum Detail haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Von der persönlichen Begrüssung über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Zimmer bis zum liebevoll vorbereiteten Frühstück am Morgen – einfach perfekt.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen.
Tout y est parfait nous avions une chambre avec une immense terrasse et des transats vue sur mer la nourriture y est excellente et le rapport qualité prix parfait l’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel d’une immense gentillesse nous avons passé 5 jours de rêve
Comme dans tous les hôtels les gens qui des 8 heures du matin réservent leur transat au bord de la piscine mais n’y viennent jamais l’hôtel se réserve le droit d’enlever les serviettes quand ils estiment que c’est abusé et c’est une très bonne chose
