Niets
Mooie locatie aan het strand en aardig personeel. Helaas moesten we eerder vertrekken ivm een medische noodsituatie, het hotel heeft goed meegedacht en het geld voor de resterende dagen teruggestort.
The staff is really welcoming and supportive, they were extremely kind with us and it felt amazing to experience this atmosphere! The location is good and it's not very crowded, which felt amazing during 15th of august. Also, they upgraded us to a sea view room without charges, which was very appreciated.
The hotel is nice overall, but for a 5-star hotel I was expecting something more. They have a property (not 5 star) and my guessing is that the amenities are the same. The quality of the bed linen was ok. Nothing really bad just for a 5 star I would expect something extra and here I didn't have that feeling. The restaurant is ok but for that price I would expect something more as well.

2 Check in in ritardo nonostante hanno richiesto il pagamento anticipato.
3 Pulizia molto scarsa.
4 Personale incompetente e sopratutto molto scortese (Attenzione al ragazzo con il codino biondo e sopratutto alla receptionist con gli occhi chiari) Scortesi e maleducati.
5 Late check out a pagamento fino alle ore 15:00 o alle ore 18:00 non disponibile contrariamente alle indicazioni.
6 Abbiamo rischiato di perdere l'aereo pur avendo prenotato il taxi la mattina per la sera questo non era stato confermato per di più non eravamo stati informati.
7 Ci sono stati tolti i teli dai lettini in piscina dalla receptionist con gli occhi chiari lamentando la nostra assenza mentre eravamo in acqua sebbene anche tutti gli altri lettini fossero occupati da persone assenti dalle prime ore del mattino per accaparrarsi la migliore posizione.
8 La prima sera abbiamo prenotato al ristorante e abbiamo chiesto una paella che ci è stata negata causa orario a differenza del tavolo accanto al nostro.
10 Abbiamo chiesto un aspirapolvere per togliere le formiche dalla camera ma non abbiamo proprio ricevuto risposta.
11 Il wifi in camera non ha funzionato per tutta la durata del soggiorno nonostante i solleciti.
12 Strutta bellissima e sopratutto con vista bellissima rovinata da personale SCORTESE E INCOMPETENTE salvo qualcuno.
