Idealne miejsce na wyciszenie, bajecznie!

Hotel pachnie nowością, stylowe wnętrze, czyste i jasne pokoje ze wspaniałym widokiem. Cudowna obsługa hotelu i restauracji (szczególnie przemiła pani z Wenezueli Cheley, wspaniała uśmiechnięta osoba, która nawiązuje świetny kontakt z gośćmi). Przepyszne jedzenie w restauracji w atrakcyjnych cenach. Okolica bajkowa i spokojna, plaża robi wrażenie.

Mooi hotel maar nog aan verbetering toe!

De locatie was prachtig en de upgrade naar een zeezicht kamer. Want de kamer met zicht op park zoals jullie het verkopen is zicht op een straat met betonnen muur voor je.

Cons:

1: Dat er elke ochtend handdoeken werden gelegd op de ligbedden aan het zwembad om zo te reserveren rond het zwembad, zo hebben we niet 1 keer in 12 dagen op de bubbele bedden kunnen liggen vlak aan de stand zijde.
De poolboy is totaal niet behulpzaam met parasols te openen of te sluiten en doet niets dan towels uitgeven en aanpakken. That’s it,

2: Dat er geen guard is , is onbegrijpelijk dat mensen aan het zwembad komen zwemmen EN hele dag liggen die GEEN GASTEN van het hotel zijn. Er is 1 dag geweest, ongeveer 3 u dat er een koord met een kaart met melding dat niet gasten niet welkom zijn. Plots was het weg en is nooit meer geplaats geweest.
1x gezien op de hele vakantie … Ik heb wel gezien dat men mensen betrapte die drinken wilde bestellen en geen kamer nummer hadden , dit is dus meerdere keren gebeurd! Mensen liggen en komen zwemmen zonder gast te zijn en wij betalen 9890€!

3: dat je zelf achter WC papier en shampoo moet vragen , 2 x gebeurd en dat er een hele goedkope geur aan de shampoo hangt. Ook zeer slechte kwaliteit van shampoo. Want je haar voelt niet lekker, het was een all-in shampoo want niets eens voor body of hair een verschillende. Onbegrijpelijk voor zo een duur hotel, zo’n goedkope producten , en het flesje met body lotion was al eens gebruikt stond geopend in de lade.

4: dat ik mijn zonnebril kwijt was aan het zwembad …de poolboy gaf aan dat ik me moest melden aan de receptie … niets gevonden werd me verteld…een dag later , zag ik onverwacht mijn zonnebril naast de spullen van de poolboy van het zwembad liggen…Ik zei dat het MIJN bril was en hij gaf onmiddellijk de bril , dit had totaal anders moeten opgevolgd worden en niet bij toeval dat ik mijn bril daar in een hoekje zag liggen op zijn tafel aan het zwembad. Heel fout was dit! Het gaf een gevoel van niet eerlijk zijn!

5: dat ik mijn make-up remover doekjes terug vind in het WC in mijn bad kamer van de avond ervoor.

Lekker relaxte dagen.
Pros:

Super goed ontbijt, heerlijk rustig, mooi strand.
We hebben genoten, ook leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

Cons:

Het nodigde niet uit om te lunchen of avond eten in het hotel, terwijl we dat normaal altijd wel doen.
Wij miste de sfeer.
Ook bij het zwembad werden al vroeg handdoeken gelegd, er staat dat dit niet mag, maar toch doen ze er niets aan.

Het Ibiza Dream hotel heeft zijn naam niet gestolen.
Pros:

De locatie en de kleine extra’s zoals een tijdelijke kamer bij toekomen en vertrekken wanneer je kamer nog niet klaar is of als je later vertrekt. Het ontbijt en diner is ook zeer goed en de staff is attent en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het handdoek leggen van de andere kasten. Het hotel zet een bordje dat het niet mag maar ze doen er verder niets aan
