Beautiful scenery
Pros:

Great location for you to travel to Fort William. The breakfast was very plentiful, with a self-service selection of bread, cereal, juice, and coffee, as well as a choice of a hot dish.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit old, and the room was a bit small.

Cons:

Impresentable: muy sucio, un asco la mugre que había en todo el hotel. La cortina del baño estaba con manchas de humedad y tenía un olor que MATABA.
Las fotos son de hace 20 años.
Ese hotel no es ni dos estrellas.
NO había presión de agua para ducharse.
El servicio diario del hotel no sabe ni hacer la cama.
Puedo escribir mil cosas más, NI SE TE OCURRA IR A ESTE HOTELUCHO.

Cons:

Hotel was not clean, both room and common areas..a bucket under a urinal is not 4 star. Dust all over room, room cleaning was very poor. Restaurant at breakfast at the evening before detritus under the table.

No shampoo..hand wash dispenser in shower.

Good sized room. Excellent bed. Nice bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in room with a kettle, not a complicated coffee maker.
Dinner was good. Basic choices on menu but quite well done and sufficient GF choices for my wife.

Cons:

Lack of attention to detail by housekeeping when room was serviced. Liquid soap not replaced; cups not washed properly.
Breakfast - limited choice on cold buffet with regard to fruits/cold meats/ pastries etc. Should be a wider range. Coffee from thermos flasks and hot water for tea from thermos flasks - rather poor. Should be a proper machine or served properly to the table.
Nothing could be charged to the room. Everything had to be "pay-as-you-go". What a pain !

Pros:

Avant tout, le personnel est très agréable ! Le restaurant propose une cuisine typique et conviviale. Petit déjeuner ultra copieux. La chambre supérieure est très grande et confortable. Les écluses sont juste à côté, intéressant à voir. L'hôtel semble sorti des années 80, mais toujours appréciable.
