The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault the staff. The bed was very comfortable.
We were disappointed with the first allocated room. Superior room with a panoramic view of the car park and trees. When asked we were quickly and efficiently moved to another room. One with a view. (Again can’t fault the staff). The rooms are in desperate need of updating. The carpets are stained and the curtains falling off. Tatty. Not impressed.

Die Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer war groß.
Das Zimmer war bei Check in extrem dreckig, wir haben es nicht betreten bevor es zumindest etwas gereinigt war. Es war ekelhaft, besser kann man es nicht beschreiben. Außerdem war das Zimmer im Keller und es gab nur ein kleines Fenster. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer war auch stark verschmutzt und war weit nicht so schön eingerichtet wie die Bildern auf Booking. Auch der Rest der Unterkunft war stark heruntergekommen und dreckig. Ich wollte am liebsten sofort abreisen.

Food at cafe was good, breakfast not so much.

The whole hotel needs some TLC. The cafe has had money spent on it but the rest is dirty and unloved, easy fixes like curtains hanging down and bathrooms,side lights not working,not properly cleaned so dirt on floor. Basic but that appears to be general theme of hotels in the area.
Pleasant location .
Room very small. Twin beds as requested. Had to move bedside table every time we needed to open the very small wardrobe. Bathroom had large walk in shower for persons with disabilities.Ok. no lid on toilet,just a seat. Food was overpriced. Only ate there once. Ok. Whole place needed a spruce up! Seems to be run on a shoe string. Would not book there again. Not sure what star it was advertised as but I would only rated as a 2. Not worth the £500+ paid for 3 nights.
The location was absolutely beautiful and quiet. Great view from our room. Nice, spacious and clean.

Everything was bad. So much of dust in hotel carpet.
Hotel restaurants staff was very rude and food was definitely not worth touching.
There wasn’t bugs
The coffee cups in the room were not clean, the two chairs in the room had very noticeable stains all over the seats, the bedding had stains on some of the pillows and covers, the breakfast plates were almost all always dirty with food stuck to them, every coffee cup at breakfast was dirty, the cutlery was hit or miss with food still stuck to it, the water pressure in the shower was almost too low for me to use without standing directly under the showerhead which was at my forehead meaning I would have needed to crouch while showering entirely, I did need to crouch while washing my hair, the water pressure also seemed to be dependant on the adjacent room and would go from barely usable to just a trickle, this was also the same for the water temperature until on my last morning where there was just no hot water at all. This is not including points where I just didn’t use it much and so didn’t care but still noticed like the hall carpets where some spots had enough dust in the corners to hide all the colour and other bits had been worn through to have the carpet material strands pulling out
