Breakfast and dinner very good although food at night took quite a while to be served but it was very busy. Staff where extremely nice.
Quarto espaço e muito confortável. Banheiro também bem espaçoso e ducha excelente. Vista muito agradável.
O preço é alto.
It was ok but I think it could have been included in the price of the room as it was nothing exceptional
Toiletries.... no shampoo 6 conditioners.
2 teabags, 2 milk, lots of coffee. Yes we got some on asking but not well restocked. Faulty bed light, given a new bulb but didn't work. Think continental breakfast could well have been included in price.
* Grosse déception puisque le chocolat chaud n'est pas inclus dans les boissons chaudes proposées et vient en supplément pour 4,5 £.
* L'organisation est étonnante puisqu'il n'y a aucun mug ni aucune tasse à disposition et qu'il faut systématiquement s'adresser à un employé.
* Le buffet en libre-service est très limité. Nous n'avons eu des viennoiseries qu'une seule fois sur les deux jours. Les assiettes proposées au menu ne sont pas très copieuses par rapport à d'autres établissements 4 étoiles.
The location was nice, and the people were very kind and helpful.
It was definitely not a 4 star hotel. It was insanely expensive for what it was. Our room was in a basement..? With one small window. The room felt like it was an afterthought. I cannot believe how much I paid for this place and no meals were included.
Room was lovely, the balcony made it a very lovely stay. Food was fantastic. We stayed here the night after I was in for an operation and the staff could not have done more to help make us comfortable, they really went above and beyond. They were so kind, and helpful, and checked in with my husband often to see if there was anything we needed and to see how I was doing. This was really appreciated and would highly recommend as somewhere to stay.
Easy car parking. Nice comfortable room. Nice breakfasts and dinner with good service at breakfast, particularly as breakfast service was limited to 2 staff only who were struggling to cope at the busiest time.
On first arrival hotel looked a little tired and in need of an uplift. Reception area was dark, cramped and unmanned with directions to go to bar/restaurant area to find receptionist to register.
Restaurant service for evening meal was poor and necessitated a complaint to the manager.
Very friendly and comfortable but shower was difficult to operate
Little far out of town
Location, friendly staff
No emphasis on booking reference stairs and difficulty for those with mobility issues. Insufficient staff at breakfast to clear tables and replenish breakfast items.
