La calidez y atención el desayuno con fruta y proteínas , la cercanía a la estación paddington y autobuses además por error pagamos dos veces y nos gestionaron la devolución del dinero inmediatamente.

Mon avis sur l’hôtel : dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé un bon séjour. Le personnel était disponible et agréable à l’accueil, les chambres étaient calmes et il n’y avait pas trop de bruit. Le lit était également confortable, donc de ce côté-là, c’était vraiment agréable.
Le point que j’ai moins apprécié, c’est le petit-déjeuner.
Pour des touristes qui passent leurs journées à visiter Londres et qui peuvent rentrer assez tard, je trouve que les horaires sont vraiment trop tôt : le petit-déjeuner de 7h à 9h, c’est assez court.
J’ai également trouvé qu’il manquait de choix et de variété. Il n’y avait pas vraiment de spécialités ou de produits typiques du petit-déjeuner anglais : pas de bacon, pas de haricots, pas d’œufs brouillés. Pas de pain au chocolat ou croissant frais..
Je pense qu’un petit-déjeuner un peu plus varié, avec davantage de choix et quelques produits typiquement anglais, ainsi que des horaires un peu plus larges, serait vraiment un plus pour les clients, surtout pour ceux qui visitent Londres.
Hotel jest godny polecenia. Jest bardzo czysty, schludny,w dobrej lokalizacji. Obsługa jest sympatyczna i pomocna. Pokój ,jak na Londyn ,jest dosyć duży z wygodnym łóżkiem ,tv i łazienką. Łazienka mała ,ale to również nie jest żadna nowość w tym mieście:) podróżowałam z córką i w nie przeszkadzało nam to. Ważniejsza była gorąca woda o dobrym ,mocnym ciśnieniu.Sprzątanie było codziennie, każdego dnia wymieniane ręczniki. Na podłogach gruba wykładzina ,która wyciszał kroki. Nie przeszkadzali nam też sąsiedzi obok. Salka śniadaniowa na minusowym piętrze. Podstawa : wędliny,pomidor ogórki i jajka ugotowane na twardo oraz sery. Masło,wybór dżemów, płatki,mleko. Jogurt waniliowy i truskawkowy oraz przekąski typu bułeczki z czekoladą,rogaliki itp. Pani z obsługi sama przynosi kawę lub herbatę (i pyta później o dolewki) - kawa do przeżycia. Z tego co słyszałam jest opcja mleka sojowego. Pani również przynosi tosty ( trójkąty,na jedną osobę 4) ,które również można domawiać- pszenne lub pełnoziarniste. Dla nas śniadanie było w sam raz. Przychodziłyśmy z samego rana ( śniadanie 7-9),więc jajka były ciepłe. Na dole przy recepcji jest automat z gorącą/zimną wodą. Kawa/herbata/czekolada do oporu. Recepcja 24 godzinna,przechowalnia bagażu ( bagaże stoją w recepcji," na oku" obsługi). Okolica wg mnie urocza - uwielbiam budownictwo angielskie.. Po drugiej stronie dworzec,restauracje ,bary itp. Drzwi główne i do pokoju na kartę.
Trochę irytująca się " blokada" na koncie w wysokości 100£ na poczet "ewentualnych" szkód, która jest preautoryzowana w momencie zameldowania. Nie spotkałam się z tym wcześniej w obiektach typu " hotel". Zwrot w tym samym dniu po wymeldowaniu,aczkolwiek ja czekałam prawie cały dzień .
Druga sprawa to fakt,że cały ciąg kamienicy to hotele. Obok nas w hotelu była naprawdę spora grupa turystów z Hiszpanii. Wychodzili każdego wieczoru równo o 21 i bawili się głośno do północy. Dzieci ,dorośli - piski, śpiewy,klaskanie ,bardzo głośne rozmowy. Zamknięcie okna nic nie dawało. Również zwracanie uwagi grupie - usłyszałam,że to ich styl życia.
Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Room clean, quiet and comfortable.
Only a couple of things. It would have been nice to have had a kettle, tea and coffee available in the rooms. The single rooms are at top of hotel, no lift, so that was a bit of a trek, but this is the norm at such properties in Paddington.

Sojainti on todella hyvä, hotelli on siisti ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Aamupala melko vaatimaton mutta perusasiat löytyy.
Huoneessa oli todella kuuma, ei ilmastointia, tuuletin auttoi vähän ja ikkuna auki, vessa/suihku todella pieni.

Po lova didelis dulkių sluoksnis, už lango vykstantys remonto darbai ir naktim klykiantys paukščiai. Suirzusi virtuvės darbuotoja. Prasta kava.
As French visitor the staff were very funny. Especially Lorenzo. However the room was a bit little for 3 and without a big fan it was very hot. Beside that everyone were very kind and friendly. It was a great experience with my grandma and cousins since the don’t speak English. I helped them and the staff were very nice about it.
