Pros:

Na pokoji na nás čekala milá pozornost pro našeho psa. Pokoj sice malý, ale s velkou a pohodlnou postelí, v centru ale přitom v klidu.

Electric charger in the parking lot.
Lovely staff.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel also funtions as a pub, which means the parking lot gets busy and cramped.
The room that was given to us, was right next to the kitchen, which meant it was noisy in the morning starting around 6am. If you are a light sleeper and are given a room in this section of the hotel, ask for another.

A fantastic end to our Scottish holiday
Pros:

Loved the location, the staff, the service and the food and drinks were fantastic!

Cons:

No fault of the hotel but the room was incredibly stuffy, even with the windows left open. Also. The toilet wasn’t flushed when we arrived but again, not a big issue

Fabulous, quite fabulous.
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Parking upon arrival was easy & we were greeted by very helpful staff at check in. We looked to eat elsewhere (Thurso) but there was nothing which took our fancy, so we opted to eat in the hotel... and I'm so pleased we did - we had the most wonderful meal.
The staff were attentive, despite a coach of people arriving while we were eating. The beds were comfortable & the bath towels luxurious. Breakfast was included in our stay and we had another wonderful experience of a buffet style breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt & other traditionally cooked choices. All in all a fabulous stay.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable and the Breakfast was good quality and plentyfull. We dined there in the evening and enjoyed the food which was very reasonably priced.

Not much really.

Het restaurant maar dan wel het eten zelf (de entourage is bedroevend)

De totale indruk van het hotel is erg deprimerend.
Het ziet er in zijn geheel erg verwaarloosd uit. De entree, de kamer, de bedden, de badkamer ... allemaal erg beneden peil
